The cashier that be there at 5 pm is very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to buy a vape & I showed him my id on my phone because it wasn’t on me so he took my phone out my hand , look at my id on my phone for about 2 mins then went to go grab the vape I asked for . When he came back to the window , I’m thinking I’m good he say no I can’t give it to you without your physical id . I’m just looking at him like why wait my time ? If you had no intention of selling me the vape or grab my property just to not give me it me or actually go grab the product and not give it to me . Left like it was really rude , embarrassing and he has no manners or don’t know how to create a customer . You don’t do good people wrong because I swear he not going to have good luck after this situation.

WAS giving this place ALOT of business. Other day went in for the usual. Bought item and when home realized gave wrong brand. Have bought same for over 3 years. Went back to exchange, unopened if course. The man said " can not return till tomorrow" said " You know you gave the long cut dip and not pouches" he said, " I do tomorrow" going out of town, please exchange now" Nope. NEVER will be back again. Went to IN & OUT station on Keith Harrow and with no problem they exchanged.

I'm giving four stars instead of three because I have never been inside the store and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I drive by this gas station to and from most everything I do and have for years. This used to be a Texaco then Valero took over and gave it a facelift! That was much-needed especially being on the corner of Barker Cypress and Clay Road. At this time there is a taco truck in the parking lot which I think is perfect because hot food quickly is good...well, only when we can control ourselves!! I have yet to try the food or had a reason to go inside the store definitely not for this reason only but I am going to point out every time I go by it seems there are people in the parking lot that are questionable. At all hours, I'm not sure what's going on?

The tried to pay for gas, the cashier said it was declined. I get to my house, and my account says o was charged 10$ for a gas transaction. This store is a complete rip off scheme. I am going to file a complaint & charges until I get my money back!!!!!!!
