Gas pumps are super slow consistently, been here many time because it's on my way home and often the same issue.

Pumps are slow the manager is clueless inconsistent, the fountain machine is always out of syrup very poorly managed and ran , compared to other locations within 10 mins , I can't give a negative rating

Would not accept my card at the pump so had to go into store (for actually no reason at all as my Valero CC is good). The store staff are very depressed and very unfriendly. Would give zero stars if possible.

I have never in my life thought I would leave a review for a gas station. This place warranted it! If for some reason you are actually reading the reviews for a gas station, just keep driving a little farther or go across the street. This is not the one. The bathroom had someone’s dirty clothes covered In human feces. The lady working the front desk is the most unfriendly individual I think that exists on this planet. I do not know what you are going through but I would seek some professional help. Gas pumps are incredibly slow and the store is never stocked. Would not recommend.

I was purchasing a cerial bar that had a prize tag of $1. The cashier wrang it up as $2. I told her that the price tag said 1 but she argued that it's a 2. Than she just walked off and ignored me.

This gad station purposely throttles their speed of gas to force you to watch commercials at the pump. After 3 minutes I had only 8 gallons of gas and I left.

I have gone to this gas station for almost 6 years and this was the first time an employee was rude. She always worked the nightbefore today. The new employee she was training even looked at here like he couldn't believe her rudeness. All the other staff have been great, can't ask for better staff.

I walk everyday in the Nassau Bay area for exercise. I stop by this Valero everyday. All the staff know me very well. These people work hard EVERDAY, and they deserve to taken care of properly. This store Rocks ? ? ? ?

Meah place needs some better employees and less homeless people all over the place it's like a hobo hub. Several people have been robbed at gun point behind the store so I would avoid it at all costs, gas price same across the street.
