This station is a bit shabby, with creepy resident panhandlers the management turns a blind eye to. Whereas I’ve witnessed The Staff, at the nearby brightly lit and sparkly clean Chevron station, chase them off. )The saving grace is the Mexican food stand at the back that serves very good and inexpensive TexMex. I highly recommend the breakfast tacos!To be honest, this place is a bit rough with a clientele that always seem down on their luck.When I drive my car here, The resident panhandlers ensure I buy no more than a few gallons of gas at a time so I can make a quick getaway.However, I do live in the area and walk here infrequently for the breakfast tacos and other snacks. The panhandlers leave me alone when I walk here and I’ve always received nice service here from the staff. I suspect some of these negative reviews reflect more on the surly attitudes of some of the customers I’ve personally witnessed. Respect is a two way street. Here, friendly respect given is friendly respect received.
