I had a wonderful experience at the Valentino store in Galleria! The collections they offer are truly impressive and stylish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Gwen, in particular, went above and beyond by taking my order over the phone and ensuring it was ready for collection. This level of customer service made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Valentino store at Galleria for their excellent collections and exceptional customer care.

I purchased some sandals in April 2022. I was putting them on the other day and a strap tore in half. I took the shoes, with my receipt, into the store today and the customer service was excellent. Rshda, Prkr and one other young man exchanged my shoes for a new pair! :)Customer Service * * * * *

They provide the best customer service and the staff are kind and helpful. Ask for Yolis, she’s professional, kind and helpful. I had a problem with a pair of shoes I bought and she was able to fix everything smoothly without any problems.

I went to the Galleria in search of a belt for an upcoming photo session. All I had was a photo of the dress, not the dress itself. One of the salespeople was so helpful in providing different options including a few reversible belts. After we found a belt, she helped me find some amazing rock stud strappy sandals so now my look is complete and I am super happy. I wish I could remember her name! The store is not super large and security will keep the number of visitors based on the number of employees present that day, but it just keeps the store secure and allows the employee to provide focus and attention. I really loved this store!

Great store. My mom was allowed in after fussing with me. I was probably too loud to get in but my mom and I usually don’t shop at high end stores. I really want to visit this store with not without my mom.

Did some security work for this store it was cool at first until the last gig I did they didn't want to pay us for over 3 weeks never again way too dysfunctional and unorganized

Parker was absolutely wonderful! Not only was he incredibly helpful, he provided amazing customer service before I even stepped foot into the store. I will certainly be returning thanks to the quality service he provided and I am obsessed with the earrings he recommended. Keep up the amazing work, Parker!

Their customer service is awful. Came to the store and had them order a wallet which was supposed to take 3-4 days to arrive- took 2 weeks. The store was empty and the sales associate completely ignored me. She was incredibly rude when I spoke with her and reluctant to help me. When I went to pick it up they didn't even wrap it or box it up, just threw it into a paper bag. Was so turned off by the entire experience I decided to return the wallet, which is when they told me they don't take returns- never said this before. Awful. You'll get better service at Claire's.

At first I was very skeptical to purchase Valentino shoes due to the mix reviews on the comfort and quality. I finally made my purchase after new numerous visits and tried on at the Houston Valentino boutique. The sale associates and manager ensured the comfort and explained the warranty throughly. I have to say they are now my favorite pair of wedges!! I would definitely invest in another pair very soon!
