I purchased some sandals in April 2022. I was putting them on the other day and a strap tore in half. I took the shoes, with my receipt, into the store today and the customer service was excellent. Rshda, Prkr and one other young man exchanged my shoes for a new pair! :)Customer Service * * * * *

They provide the best customer service and the staff are kind and helpful. Ask for Yolis, she’s professional, kind and helpful. I had a problem with a pair of shoes I bought and she was able to fix everything smoothly without any problems.

Great store. My mom was allowed in after fussing with me. I was probably too loud to get in but my mom and I usually don’t shop at high end stores. I really want to visit this store with not without my mom.
