UPDATED: Since leaving the below review, the phone system seems fixed & it seems a lot more organized! I appreciate this place & everyone there and am so happy about this positive change.
This is a hard review to leave because I truly love my doctor here! She’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. The issue is mainly how difficult it is to make an appointment here. I can’t count how many times I’ve called during office hours only to have no one pick up at all. My boyfriend has also tried to make an appointment, but he has experienced the same issue. If you make an online appointment request, someone calls you, transfers you to this office’s number, and then no one answers. If you choose to try to wait it out, the hold system just drops your call after a while. No one ever calls you back. It really is unfortunate because my doctor here is so great. It seems like calls are just being completely ignored by front office staff. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I really hope it gets fixed soon.

My mother has seen Dr. Walton for many years and at the beginning he was very thorough during the visit now he seems
Like he’s in a bad mood and gets upset when questioned about all the medication that my mother is taking. He also told my mother if she was not satisfied with him she can look for another physician. Not very professional at all. We as patients have the right to ask questions without being told to go else where.

First time I brought my mother to see Dr Walton. He was very thorough taking time to review my mom’s medical history, diagnosed her geriatric condition and assessed treatment as he saw fit. My disappointment is the lack of automatic door for elderly and handicaps. If you were in a wheelchair or walker or a cane, you’d better bring someone with you. It’s difficult to hold the door open if you have trouble with mobility. Such a well established facility like UT Physician could afford a button to push for automatic door open for handicaps to ALL facilities

I LOVE my doctor that practices here, but I absolutely DESPISE the staff. They're completely clueless, they're not accommodating, they have no idea what's going on in the office and you can't get any of them to even crack a smile. You approach the desk it looks like a group of zombies. No one wakes up in the morning, wanting to go to the doctor's office, but having to engage with the staff here makes it that much more painful. They need to have some morning pep rallies, or do some customer service training ASAP.

Only complaint A week before I was sent to a facility for ex-rays. When asked about them there was no record of results and no one knew what facility I was sent to. I went and picked them up at the facility and took them and brought them back to front desk to give to the Dr. who had ordered them. That was very frustrating no one knew who did my exrays and name of the facility.
