The worst USPS I have ever been to. They are all incompetent. I docked 4 times and each time they told me to park somewhere else. All employees here must undergo training.

I'm in Texas south of Houston and my order from ebay was shipped from NJ. So my package arrived in Dallas TX. Then shipped to Houston TX. Then back to Dallas and now back to Houston. Who's running this circus? Totally ridiculous. I bet that package looks like something out of the landfill. This is a normal operation for these facilities to fail miserably. I'm so pissed.

Incompetent!
730am appointment told to go to door 40, then 124. Expeditor is on an hour lunch while four drivers are waiting for doors. Only one person working and the rest are on their phones. It's incompetence like this that paves the way for the fed x and ups' to take over.
Don't deliver here...believe the reviews.

No respect for drivers at dock 101 to 105
The two asian guys wearing glasses are always disrespectful even if you try to talk nicely to them all other staff is nice and quick to unload
The management should monitor there behavior at least and take actions accordingly
Hope this review gets noticed by management ease drivers life

I accidentally dropped a FEDEX package into the USPS box in a Click and Ship in Katy. What I learned is that my property then becomes the property of whomever wants it that works for the post office. I called their number spoke to someone in the fraud dept. (the only human I could find to answer.) she told me there is no way to track so to visit our local post office, which i then visited. they told me they send all Fedex or UPS items off to the distribution center at aldine bender rd. there are no public numbers for this distribution center. when you call the alternate number it simply hangs up. I called information and the number they gave is no longer in service.the only number is the main system. When i got a person again at post office she advised they have no way to contact that location. so basically my wifes $200.00 return item was a donation to someone at the post office. Live and learn. I've been a stamp collector for over 50 years and sadly the USPS is now little more than a reflection of the current Postmaster General.

UPDATE- none of the items were ever received. I had to reimburse all sold items, plus their shipping costs and USPS wouldn’t refund me because it had been too long- The employees at USPS told me to wait bc they could turn up~ but I guess I shouldn’t have listened to them.ORIGINAL POST~It has been 11 days since I dropped 5 packages off, items sold on eBay, and no one with help me locate them. They haven’t been scanned in so it looks like I haven’t sent them!

USPS Missouri City branch Keeps rerouting arriving mail packages to this north distribution center 35 miles away. When the final destination is next door in Sugar Land. Lots of delays.
