I hear a lot of negativity about this location, but I regularly go there and have a good experience. Staff is helpful and friendly. Whether dropping off packages or othe or services seems fine. I recommend making an appointment for a passport to avoid a wait.

I like the USPS. They provide good service and shipping is reasonable and reliable, and online shipping technology has improved quite a bit. Although most employees are courteous and helpful I've run across a surly one occasionally. I do wonder about all those negative reviews.
