Today I had a very bad experience at this office, I felt absolutely discriminated. I had an appointment to apply for my citizen passport. Just because the lady said something and I asked her to repeat the question, she just rejected me at the moment and asked me to come with a translator and reschedule my appointment.

I don’t know who the mail man (he is African American) is that delivers to Lakebridge Apartments but he almost hit me a couple of weeks ago. He also FAILED to read that a previous renter doesn’t live in my apartment anymore and other. He continues to put the mail in there. Even after u verbally told him no one other than my family lives there please correct that to avoid future conflicts.

They close service requests before getting in contact with customers and do not leave voice mail. Also their phone is always off the hook. Can’t get in touch with anyone. And they marked my package as delivered to an individual while I am on a cruise. WHO DID YOU DELIVER MY PACKAGE THAT HAS TO BE SIGNED TO??!?!??! I have cameras and there is no one that has access to my house and never came to my house to deliver.

They have some overweight lazy mailman’s they won’t get out there little car to put your mail in the box if there’s a car near the mail box just know they ain’t giving you your mail till next week just because they can’t put there little car next to the mail box for them to not get off I bet that’s why they are so overweight

The young man they have attending to the truth is too despotic, I think his name is Cory something like that, I don't remember the rage but he is dark-skinned. It doesn't help people who don't know English and have a hard time speaking through a translator, everything has to be quick and fast, the truth is people like that shouldn't work for customer service, I explained to him in a thousand ways what I wanted and he I didn't even want to see the phone, definitely if I could put 0 stars I would put them

The STAFF at This place is horrible !!! Never ever will I go again. The lady’s there are only nice to young men. Looks like they’re in need of a relationship. As I entered there was a young man talking to them 2 of the lady’s seem to be flirting with him and one of them asked me what was I there for I said “appointment passport” as I’m waiting to get attended I hear the young man say “I need a passport” they explained to him how it needs to be done and told him “you need an appointment or u can do walk in (such & such days) but if u buy me star bucks I’ll let you skip the line” but when it came to me they were being rude and ugly. Even when I was waiting to be attended everyone who came in one of the lady’s kept on speaking to the people in a rude way. She didn’t want to attend me after all the wait all bc she was HUNGRY! HORRIBLE SERVICE ! Even the supervisor came out telling me she’s in the right !!!! Very bad staff ! They need new people who love what they do to work there ! Bc the ones they have are HORRIBLE!

Lady with blonde beautiful locs in the back hates doing her job, no patience to properly explain to clients what is going on. Sighs at basic questions that only take her 5 seconds to explain to someone who doesn’t have the knowledge she does. Only helpful person is the man with the nice smile in the front. Seems like most the people at this location have an issue actually doing their job.

I had a bad experience at other post offices getting a passport for my baby but Tay was great help and explained well and had great customer service
