Beyond rude. Called with a general question on USPS pick up policies and woman who answered the phone stated that they did not do pick up there. When I clarified that my question was just about the type of packaging that could be accepted. Literally just asking if they would take it with their label and a Fedex box she rudely said "You need to call your local post office. Bye". I called in the middle of the day and even if they didn't have the answer there's a better way to speak to people. BTW this post office is only a mile away from me so even though it's not the closest it definitely is unfortunately local.

The guy worked here just dropping package without any care, and he just laughing when people told him don’t do this. I hope never see him again here

Waited in line 30 minutes because was told they would serve everyone in line. They closed the doors and stopped serving people even before their posted close time. Turned us away after waiting and telling us if we waited, we'd get service

Place closes at 1 PM and nobody is here, and although it is open the self service drop off box is locked so you literally cannot send any packages. Also the place is open somebody’s gotta be here watching it and to close eventually, so obviously when we knocked on the employee door there was somebody behind it ignoring us. What’s the point of even being open? Horrible

The employees lack any sense of customer service, they have no people skills and will make you feel like a burden if you ask them for help. Go elsewhere.

Terrible place!! They have the girl and man who are in customer service, they should dedicate themselves to working somewhere else where they do not have contact with people because customer service is not their thing.
I arrived only to get information to change my home address and I arrived at 5:01 Pm and the two of them spoke to me very rudely saying that it was already closed. I understand that it was already closed but it was not the tone of voice or the attitude. There are people who only work for the salary or benefits of a company but it is not their thing. Really disappointed by that poor service in a place as important as postal mail.
