I have been living in Houston for many years. Every time I go to a USPS location, most, if not all, of the staff are usually in a bad mood. But at this location, the employees treat you with respect, joy, and even greet you when you open the door. In fact, now I live farther away, but whenever I need to send something or handle any USPS business, I go out of my way to come to this location precisely because the staff here are always so cheerful and willing to help. Most of the time, I’m assisted by a gentleman with a beard. I don’t remember if his name is Shelby, but he is very kind and pleasant. Today, there was also a lady and another gentleman with him, and when I asked a question, the three of them helped me out. But the best thing of all is the respect they show you as a person. At other locations, the staff are always angry, annoyed, and many are racist towards Hispanics.
Thank you all for always being so kind, and I hope they can give you a raise because you truly deserve it.

I put in a temporary change-of-address request one week prior to the start date. I was charged for the service. I received nothing at the new address- ever. But, I could see through my cameras the mailman happily delivering the mail to my permanent address the entire time. What a waste of time and effort. I had low expectations but thought I would get some mail by the time I got back in 5 weeks. My husband called and we thought things might change. Nope. Our postal service at its finest.

This post office needs to deliver my mail. I have not gotten mail since Monday, 7/22/2024! This is a serious problem! Getting management involved is pointless! Time to get the media involved. Maybe Ask Amy can get our mail delivered! The only reason I gave them1 star is because Google won't allow you to post without it. Google needs to change that! They deserve nothing!

Came to this location to pick up a change of address form because the online portal wouldn’t allow me to do it, the post office closes at 5 I got there at 4:57 the post office was closed. Another elderly lady said she had been in there waiting and the lady working wouldn’t let her in and closed early. If it closes at 5 then why close a few minutes early. And the worker proceeded to tell me she couldn’t just hand me a form because she would have to walk all the way to the counter to get one. And she didn’t feel like it

HORRIBLE! Building falling apart and all workers are lazy. Maybe if there building was improved and updated it would boost moral.

Irvine was phenomenal and I hope I have spelt her name correctly but she was so informative and she followed up with my package that was stuck all the way in GA I bid the distribution centers as they made my package delivery delayed but Irvine did follow up and ensure she delivered the package to me personally as it was a priority mail express package. She was awesome and I appreciate her for this. Customer service for her is top notch as it is very hard to find employees in this time. Thank you so much Irvine. Service appreciated.

I just moved to Texas my mailbox did not have a lock in it the carrier was still putting my mail in the box I was waiting on a check when I went to the mailbox no mail for a week the manager tried to beat me mad and stated he didn’t have to deliver my mail because it didn’t have a lock on it ! But you’ve been doing it for the last week my landlord put the lock on the box last Thursday another week still no mail so I called to see if the manager had put a stop to my mail and he did!!!! I said their is a lock on my mailbox so why is he holding my mail she then stated well until you get a lock where going to hold your two letters! Two for two weeks your holding my mail new debit cards checks from work and you only have two? How when I have informed delivery so I have a record of the missing checks she stated he had just left and I still had no lock on my box and why would he lie !! And he’ll leave the mail tomorrow huh? I thought he said it wasn’t a lock on the box !

March 6th packages were delivered to wrong people again. This has been ongoing since November 2023. Packages are scanned as delivered but they go to the wrong residence mailbox or the package box security key is placed in the wrong box. This is at Village at Palms Center Apartments

Lady talking on the phone with no care of customer and a line to the door. Really bad service on her part. The gentleman came to the rescue and greeted us and started to help push the line out in a much more professional way.

I was sent an email showing four items on the 6th of this month in January I still have not gotten these items as of the 15th two weeks later .two were credit cards one was a registration the other was some form of relief package. all in the same mail for some reason with all my information and enough information. For something to go wrong. Should I have concerns because I went in the system and asked to be notified when those items would arrive and I still have not seen any notifications.. I honestly wasn't going to say nothing and was giving them time to maybe get it done since ..it was the holidays.. but the city just sent me a notification saying it's time to redo my registration reminding me that I hadn't gotten it..??? This shouldn't be hard..
