I had an issue receiving my workers comp check in the mail. It’s been almost 2 weeks since the check was issued by the
Insurance company (6/10)and it showed up in my informed delivery on 6/22.
Up until now, every piece of mail displayed in the informed delivery email that says it arrives on that day does get delivered on that day.
This is what happened when I filed a complaint with USPS regarding this matter:
I received NO FOLLOW UP or communication regarding this matter and my issue is still not resolved. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied that no one has taken accountability regarding my missing mail. My mail has been missing for more than a week at this point and my livelihood is in jeopardy. My bills (rent,car note, etc) are due and this is my only form of income. It’s very unsettling to know that USPS doesn’t care to deliver mail correctly and in a timely fashion and when I try to reach out by going to the post office, the supervisor literally stood in my face and constantly rolled her eyes. I call to file a complaint and look for another solution to get my mail, you all don’t follow up and now my case is closed. Highly upsetting
Someone did reach out to me. I received a phone call from Miss Bowman who left a voicemail. I missed the phone call by one minute and when I returned the call, I was placed on hold immediately. At one point someone answered and as soon as I started speaking she placed me back on hold where I continued to hold to speak to someone for 30 minutes. I never was able to speak to anyone and I eventually hung up the phone due to feeling defeated. Gross lack of accountability and follow up. The only reason I am even mentioning accountability and follow up is because the delivery of the mail was not executed. Again, HIGHLY disappointed, unsatisfied, and honestly disgusted with the level of service and the denial of accountability.

Watch out from jordan working the 4pm shift on Mondays. he is loud, rude & has no manners I don’t understand how can people work on these type of jobs. he Needs to be fired immediately

Service sucks, some black Lady with a spot of ugly on her face was trying to fight with me. Saying "don't get beat up". She wasn't even taking care of me. She ignored her customer to argue with me. All because I asked for a box.. The guy who was taking care of me lied, said they didn't have any more boxes, but then went to get one after trying to give me some bag. So I didn't feel the need to stand there any longer. I made him waste his time, too!! Lazy and rude workers here. Save the trouble and go somewhere else!!!! For the area this place is, it's super ghetto!! The employees are a reflection. They don't even deserve 1 star⭐!!!!

They NEVER answer their phone! I had to call 10 times before someone answered, and then they put me on hold and hung up! Worst post office 0 stars if possible.

They close the door before even it’s 6pm, I had to drive with all this Westheimer traffic and arrived 5minutes before closing but the guy closed the door and didn’t let me to just drop my mail. Such a stupid employees. Wasted my time.

I believe this is the worst post office in the entire country. They lost the package, do not take responsibility, and appear to be either corrupt or extremely negligent.
