This is the absolute worst post office. I have ever dealt with in my life the clerks and managers have no business dealing with the public. I do not understand why they even have jobs. They don’t know how to talk to people and your mail is not safe. they literally have people answering phones, suggesting that you come and purchase a PO Box in order to receive your mail because if not, it’s going to be stolen

The worst, 06/03/2024 I was there to send a package, The older man who was serving me treated me in the worst way, when he realized that I am Latina and BLONDE and that my English is not perfect, he left me standing at the counter without taking care of me, other people intervened and the man ignored me every time, that is DISCRIMINATION. I want to highlight that the other older lady apologized and has always been kind and professional.

The parking lot had enough space, I asked a question to a lady who replied to my questions in a very polite way, but I asked a question to a man, who answered me in an insulting way, which made me feel ignorant.

Waiting more than 30’ for a package pick up while the employees at the back and chit chatting. The employees at the front completely ignoring me. Horrible.

I am about to mail and asked Staff to give me two flat rate priority mail envelops because it was gone at outside shelf. She told me that I could order through their website. Comeon, why I should order envelops for just mailing two mails. Very very awful and impatient attitudes.

I came in for fingerprinting to send to the FBI and the woman at the front counter was very nice and got it done quickly. The process was smooth and I paid in cash

I have had issues with some packages not being delivered to me. And I received the run around for almost a month everyone has an attitude. And no accountability from the carrier to the office managers. I got better results from the person I purchased the product from. One of my packages that I was told was for sure delivered to me I found out was sent back to the sender stating my address was involved. The sender read my exact address off the package. You guys need to do better ?

In the past, I would give 2 stars because customers needed to wait in a long line and no gretings from the staff. However, I give 4 stars this time because the waiting line is much shorter than before and I am being greeted by a staff who serves me. It's the best experience I've ever had.
