need a package picked up? you’re SOL if this is your post office. if the carrier even acknowledges the packages set out for them, they will still just walk away and not come back for them. the one time recently that a carrier did pick up a package, she scanned it delivered instead of picked up. THAT was a fun order to do deal with! i’ve never had so many delay issues with getting my orders out on time as i have since moving to this neighborhood.
i also have the carrier on camera walking up to my mail box (which i had to paint our street numbers on bc they kept giving us the wrong mail), looking at it, looking at the mail he had separated with my txdps registration sticker letter visible on top of the stack (that i saw was coming that day with informed delivery too), back at my mail box…and walking away. i had to pay extra for a replacement registration sticker bc, surprise, the original never showed up.

I was suppose to get a package on Tuesday but the driver said could deliver driver as didn't have access to the property address. Said on tracker it would be delivered on Wednesday no package. I call supervisor he told me it will be delivered today but no package

I was ready to leave a review saying how helpful the staff here was as I try to trace my lost package. Unfortunately they marked my complaint "closed" without actually locating the package so now I'm fighitng to get it reopened and actually find the package.
It's clear they are more concerned with getting you off the phone than doing something to resolve a problem.

No mail delivered since Friday 6/22/24. Today is 6/27/24. Called the station at 2:00 PM. No answer. Insane, No accountability for missing mail. What a horror show.

The opinion of mine and my employees that we need this postal service is VERY BAD, I am the owner of an Agency where I send correspondence in this email on a daily basis, and on several occasions the man who works at the counter has used very bad form, when he sees that we take envelopes, which of course is not an amount that is going to harm the post office, I point directly at the tall man who is very rude, today in front of many people he humiliated me and mistreated me, I even looked for a person who would translate what I said. He said, I think that if we need this postal service, no one is going to take envelopes for anything other than sending the correspondence, and I really would like them to take some measure, because they are going to lose customers and we can all improve in dealing with them. My customer service comes first. Thank you

Very bad experience i came to return a package and the lady checked on the computer and said this package is not paid for and they connot except it . And i went to s different usps location and they except it the package right away. The employees at this location dont want to work

I wish that one person works proffesional in the usa. Hardly got passport appt and canceled. Think I am a truck driver and I am in home every three weeks. Who is gonna take care of my frustration. Nobody cares other people in all goverment works in the usa

If I could give them a 0 I would. I made an appointment online for passport services and when I get to the post office I was told they did not have an agent and that they “called” to cancel all appointments a week before. I have no missed calls, no messages and no emails. Horrible service and complete waste of my time.

Very poor service, bad attitude, short hours; they lost 3 letters that i dropped at this office on march 1st. 2024, none of the letters have reached destination and when asked them for help just said there is nothing they can do since it was regular stamped mail. Now i'm in a bad situation because the checks on those letters, the uncertainty and radical needed actions i have to take to avoid penalties, credit and financial consequences, a nightmare!

I went in to ask a question about a package that had arrived the day before to DeMoss; it was stuck at the North Houston distribution packaging center for over a week. I wanted to make sure I would receive that day as it was my medicine. The USPS man told me exactly where it was, and gave me a timeframe of the delivery. I was so relieved and thankful that I went home and prepared a present! I waited outside patiently and when the mail person arrived, he exchanged the mail for presents. I really hope he realizes how thankful I am for their service! We rely so much on USPS, and they work diligently despite setbacks. You are appreciated!!!!!!!
