This is not a post office but a house of criminal activity. I wanted to get debt free by paying my car note. The check in excess of $15,000 was siphoned off from the mail box, name changed and in the memo they wrote office rent payment and tried to cash it, my bank smelled something fishy, called me and labeled it as fraud.
Now just three weeks back I had mailed few checks to Minneapolis, I used certified mail got a tracking number but it never made it there. Tracking showed it was scanned at the post office after that no trace. I shared my experience on Nextdoor, I was amazed how many people had similar experience.
Bunch of thieves work there was a common comment.
Not sure why authorities are not taking any action at this dangerous location.
Will be talking to someone today at the courthouse. Shame on USPS.

Package was signed for by a stranger during closed hours at this facility and has been missing since. I also know of several others who also had the same thing happen to them, and that someone at this facility is signing for these packages and keeping them.
If this happened to you, please file a police report with your local constable and file to USPS Inspection Service as well. This will help catch whoever is behind this and put an end to the theft or mishandling.

They have employees stealing packages and signing for them being delivered at 8 pm when the post office is closed. Mail theft from a postal worker, an absolute disgrace.

Mail boxes broken into for over 3 months ago. USPS says neighborhood HOA has paid for new ones but USPS still needs to install them. For months now nearly every day I along with many of neighbors from Bay Knoll have had to go to the post office to pick up our mail. What makes it worst is the lack of professional from some of the staff working at the counter. They don’t care, they’ve overlooked mail and I’ve had to ask for them to look again and then poof they found it in the back on the second try. They have this blue door on Saturdays open till 12pm but no one even answers it. USPS please figure it out!!!

THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I just moved here and this is the second package that I have not received. If this is the closest USPS in your area, do yourself a favor and never use USPS to receive any packages. Someone inside is marking packages as "picked up" at this location and probably keeping the packages themselves. All the other bad reviews are true. If you haven't received your packages, please file a complaint so they catch this person.

Just moved into the area and am so disappointed to have not one but TWO packages seemingly go undelivered and marked as “picked up at postal facility”. Nothing but a bunch of crooks and thieves stealing packages. Place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

I had sent an international package last month and have been tracking my package. It is shown still processing. I have been noticed unusual tracking information such as sent to Chicago within 3 days which is unusual and sent back to Missouri city again and sent back to Chicago within 2 hours. It seems like it is not handling at the plce but manupulated . My package stays in one place over one week. Not sure about it is really in processing or missing long time ago.

There is a certain way customers should be treated and this post office isn’t the way, just my experience, while I listen to a clerk rudely tell a customer his options the other clerk jus walks away from me and start putting the “closed” rope off

I was able use the prepaid scanner kiosk, so did not have to wait in line, but the receipt printer was not working.

They had my package there for one week and never attempted to deliver it after I made four phone calls which prompted me to make a fifth but they weren’t answering phones yet. The package was oversized, so I wasn’t even for sure it would fit in my car so I kept asking for delivery which never happened even after four phone calls in which they assured me it would be there by the next day, never happened. Went up there and told them in person and never did they apologize for the inconvenience and say sorry for the customer service they provided.
