Twice I made an appointment for a passport renewal and twice I went there only for them to say we don’t have anyone to do passports. ?️?️

I have been here over 4 times to the post office. No one has been working here in a week. I also have informed delivery and most of my mail is not getting scanned in and getting lost. This is not an acceptable system they have going on, but there needs to be better management and lots of changes.

Absolutely ridiculous, it’s supposed to open at 8:30am, it’s 9:23 am, and there’s a line outside. Mail has been backed up for 3 weeks now. It’s ridiculous, there NEEDS to be be higher standards. On top of that the employees were rude it’s ridiculous and embarrassing. DO BETTER!
