Carrier doesn't bother coming in our location to look for outgoing mail sitting on the desk and is causing packages to be late due to not being picked up and delivered by promised date.

Without question the most efficient and friendly post office in Houston. This location has THE BEST customer service. Everyone polite, professional, courteous and friendly. Even with a line--still a great experience. I am equidistant to this location and the one on Timmons and always choose this one over Timmons because of the amazing employees. The other location does not compare. Each one of these employees is a true asset to the USPS. Wish every branch was like this one!

Five stars and a big shout out to Kat, the mail carrier. I have informed delivery and noticed I haven’t been receiving some mail pieces. She was delivering mail, and I asked her the best way for getting my mail. She responded with a smile and said she would go back to the post office, check for me, and deliver it. Shortly after, there was a knock on my door and she hand delivered it! I’m not sure why, but I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with postal workers. She is by far the best one I’ve encountered and shes a hard worker. it's appreciated!

If I Could give (0) Stars I Would But It Wasn’t An Option.Literally the worst customer service ever. The lady that I personally dealt with was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, & extremely ignorant. She needs to be fired immediately. I don’t understand how she got the job in the first place. Do not go here.

The old black man who works here needs to retire. When trying to pick up my packages from the box I rent they don’t put any inside either box. Then they can’t find them, then you get childish levels of attitude when they eventually finally find all of your packages because “your not coming to pick them up!” When in reality I have been, they person prior was just too stupid to give me them all. Dealing with the usps is always a negative experience and I disdain the fact I have to rely on them for my business to function.

I've been selling online for the last 12 years. So I have much experience dealing with post offices in the houston area. This location has hands down the best customer service. It doesn't matter who's helping you, they're all very friendly and very helpful. I live in the heights but I go out of my way to always come here. Keep up the great work.

I made a silly mistake in writing the from-to address. Everyone, staff and other customers were all helpful to explain the issue and helped me fixed and shipped them. Great atmosphere and great experience.

Come this post office. The older lady is cordial. The girl with braces is a joy. Due to underfunding some post offices are just crazyyyyy, rude, understaffed, long lines. 3 pm there’s no wait. All pleasant here

I’ve been shipping a lot of packages here and so far 3 have gone missing in the last month. I’ve also not received my social security card that I requested a month ago. I’ve received my sons but never mine.Today I went to pick up 7 packages. 1 was in my box. I went to the window and waited about 15 minutes before someone answered the doorbell. She appeared to have been sleeping and answered the door with a nasty attitude. I gave her the slips and she brought out 3 packages. I told her I had atleast 2 more. She came back with two but it wasn’t one of the ones I was expecting so I realized I indeed should have one more. I asked my son to check the other packages to confirm and sure enough I was still missing one.I tried to explain this to her but she kept on saying “I don’t know what to tell you” , “we ain’t got no more packages for you”, and was rushing to close the door on me.Once again I’ll have to file for another missing package in order to get my money back.I would not recommend this post office for receiving mail or packages. The people back there do not want to work and it’s obvious.
