Customer service is terrible. The lady who answered the phone cut me off mid sentence and told me to call back after 8:00 pm. Very weird and rude exchange

Absolutely abysmal. Not only if your location completely wrong, which is awful when your walking around the university in 90 degree heat, your store hours are incorrect as well. Step it up USPS

Mailman always showing up after 4pm.. Why is that? I work in the evenings and get my check in the mail? So I have to wait to get my check..mailman for calumet 77004 sucks real talk. He never not once come early....Really.
