The deliverer refuses to deliver packages due to it being "too heavy".
The package is under 40LB which is comfortably under the regulation weight limit.

Man that wear glasses with the bald head was rude and old lady was rude as well I was matching their energy because I can be rude too. They need to retire I think it’s time.
