Extreme rudeness from the associate named Christian who was in the passport/fingerprinting office. I was greeted by her “you are harassing me” just because I was standing by her door waiting to be called in?? What kind of unprofessional behavior is this. And touching the device as she was turning the device to me and I get “dont touch that. Thats not for you to touch”. And I felt like she was discriminating me based on my race. I do not say this or leave reviews like this but I was very disappointed and was dumbfounded by her words and behavior. If you work for the government facility, please remember that you are there to serve the public, not to brag about yourself being a public servant and thinking that you can say anything you want towards the customers. Perhaps go back to basic training to be able to know how to greet customers professionally.

I was sending off a package and randomly had a coughing spell. If you’ve tried to hold a cough in before, you know it’s a horrendous sight. The woman who was weighing my package (a beautiful black woman with glasses who seemed like she was the one in charge) saw me suffering and offered me her personal water bottle! This happened in the beginning of the year but she was so selfless and kind in that moment, I thought it deserved some recognition. I hope she’s doing well ( and that she got a raise)

Convenient location, but staff are often rude and unhelpful (you’ll notice they are emboldened by the fact they intentionally hide their ID by flipping them around).

Postal Clerk KAREN appears to be Compassionate Professional, knowledgeable of Sales and Services, with a Welcoming Smile.
I was in and out quickly and completely satisfied.
This USPS Location was Clean, Cool with a Fresh Scent. A real blessing to our Midtown Neighborhood.

2018 Review: The hours of operation are the most convenient part of this USPS. It is one of the latest open in the city on weekdays & the weekend. Keep in mind, they will make you pay for the tape to tape up your package if it is not Priority. Long lines can develop, usually at the very beginning & end of the month.
2024 Review: The USPS customer service has completely gone downhill. I placed a package (priority) in the mail with a counter representative on Tuesday. They has been no movement or any indication that the package has left the city of Houston in over a week. When you reach out to the branch location, no one picks up the phone. It's honestly sad how the good service they once had, has eroded to being an unreliable way to send mail.

They're open till seven p m weekdays and until noon on Saturday. They have always bent over backwards to help me with postal perils. I do pedicures and Bivona Tickling on a few of their carriers and one counter person. They are good customers as well as givers of good customer service! They also do passports and I've never seen anyone there get hassled over their service animals or any other accommodation request. YAY THEY!

Disappointing experience with the manager of the location who behaved unreasonably and unprofessionally. When other people's mail (multiple addresses) was dropped into my mailbox, and a parcel was thrown across my front lawn at my living room window, I decided to take it all to the nearest post office and inform a manager on duty about the situation so the mail can be delivered properly. I also attempted to explain to this manager that the package content was likely damaged due to awful mishandling and the recipient should be notified of the situation, I had video footage of the event, and clearly, the USPS representative should have been held accountable.
Even though USPS policy on their official website states that mail can be taken to any location and a complaint regarding mail delivery can be reported to a manager on duty, again, of ANY location, this manager tried first telling me that I WAS IN A WRONG LOCATION ENTIRELY, that MY ZIP CODE WAS NOT SERVED THERE, and that I NEEDED TO TAKE THE MAIL TO ITS PROPER LOCATION as if it was my job to drive around the city and deliver mail. Then she proceeded to insist that if I left the mail on the counter the mail would be thrown away. After seeing her ignorance and lack of manners I chose to leave the mail and simply walk away, there was no reasoning with such an individual. I highly doubt the mail found its recipients. It is unfortunate to know that a person who was put in a position to lead others by example demonstrated poor customer service skills, lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge of organization policies, open willingness to escalate an unpleasant situation instead of resolving it, and a complete lack of sympathy within less than 10 minutes of interaction with a customer. The video footage of the unscrupulous mailman was never addressed either.
