Man great service hands down, my flight was over night layover the USO closes at 2100 but gave me a military COT to sleep on. Great customer service

Volunteers were friendly helpful. Small facility but had everything that is needed. Snacks are plentiful. Crumbl donated cookies and so a shout out to them. Wonderful place for some quiet time before a flight

Why on earth does the USO close? Never mind the time it closes. Why does it close period? This place should be open 24/7 for service members. Flights run 24/7. So should the USO so service men and women have a place to go when needed. Unacceptable Houston USO. HOWEVER, Kenny Venghaus was incredibly hospitable and kind. Thanks a ton Kenny. Totally turned my day around.

Love the couches here. I could've gone to the airline clubs but opted for quiet and comfortable. The volunteers are kind and the rest was needed. Oddly quiet despite kids and pets in the same place unlike the clubs.

The USO representative and their office truly went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making it an unforgettable day for all.First and foremost, the USO volunteers deserve a special mention. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly remarkable. They greeted us with warm smiles and made everyone feel welcome throughout the event. Their commitment to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction, and their genuine passion for supporting military families was truly inspiring.The variety of games and activities offered by the USO Houston was outstanding. From face painting and inflatable obstacle courses to arts and crafts stations, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was a delight to see the joy and excitement on the faces of both children and adults alike as they participated in the activities. The USO Houston's attention to detail in providing diverse and engaging entertainment truly made the event memorable.The food and drinks provided were top-notch. I understand it's for active or retires but I was disappointed veteran traveling on Memorial day and hardly anyone was in but I was denied. I think there can be some accepting to the rules.

I'm a air force veteran,I was denied entry ,I was told by the attendant , the USO is not for veterans I ha my veteran I'd and my 214 , embarrassing !

Fabulous little USO! The volunteers are amazing. They provide a safe place to relax and refresh while traveling. I would highly recommend stopping by. My biggest request is putting signs around each terminal so you can find it. I asked several employees for its location only to be told there wasn't one in the airport. That was frustrating because I knew there was one.

Every time I have a layover in Houston, I always swing by the USO here at terminal D. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's nice to have a place to sit and rest while waiting for a flight. They always have drinks, snacks, and great conversations for free.

Really nice facility and excellent hospitality. The USO is a little small but offers anything you need for a few hour lay over in Houston. Food, snacks, drinks, kid area, books, games, candy, tvs, wifi and more. Relaxing place!

Very nice people, comfortable seating and lighting. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. The snacks were fabulous! Thank you!
