I ordered Vitamins. When I received them they were expired. Called customer service and can only leave a voice message, haven't heard from them since. Terrible service thus far. Specially when the product isn't cheap at 52 dls for a 30 day supply!!

I ordered products july 28, 2023 and was charged $52.94I have called the number provided and no answer. I have emailed and no one has emailed me back.Very poorly managed how they charge your card and they send you an order number but never received product and don’t have no communication with this company.

I have been taking the women multi- vitamins for a year. Though the three pills a day aren’t the most convenient the results of taking quality vitamins is very apparent in the way I feel. The times I have had questions or needed assistance the people were friendly and helpful. The customer service is great. Shipments arrive in timely manner. Will definitely continue using these vitamins.

There is no one to speak with in customer service. There is just an order taker who takes a message and tells you that someone will call you back. After 3 tries I have never received a callback, nor a response from email or chat.Update: I received a callback and my request was taken care of immediately.
