First off their customer service sucks. I won't be coming back! They never pick up their phone when you call, it's only text and the lady there want you to help move your own stuff and there's only one person talking so when I came in to pick up my purchases, the lady was talking to other customers and I had to wait. After I paid for it she kept talking to other customers and I told her I'm in a hurry. She said she needs help so I got my husband who doesn't speak English and I'm sure she can tell he doesn't since he's not Vietnamese. He waited in there about 10 mins just sitting down and when I came in to see what's the hold up the lady said she told him twice to go upstairs to get the stuff. When I ask my husband he said she told him to sit and wait. At this point I'm getting irritated cuz customer service sucks but then when we saw the items, it was dirty after we already load it up. So we had to bring it back in for another one. She brings out a different color out,, black instead of white when we ordered white.. i told her no we order white and she said I was giving her a hard time cuz I complain the white one is dirty. When you buy something of coarse you want a clean new one. How annoying. After spending almost 2 hours here I told her I don't want it anymore customer service sucks she wouldn't give me my money back. She told 20 percent stocking fee. I told her no I want ALL my money back. She didn't give me receipt yet but after I call the cops cuz she wouldn't give me my money back, she then gave me receipt that says 30 percent stocking fee!!! I'm very very upset. She said I lied about the color that I didn't mention color white when I came with my mom and my sister. We all said white to match the color we have. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!! I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS!!!!
