DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES.These lying scammers sent me a counterfeit Subaru oil cooler that I purchased through Amazon. The Subaru label on the box was clearly reprinted and fake.I immediately sent it back without mounting it or using it in any way, I wasn't going to risk a 7,000$ engine rebuild on their scamming counterfeit parts.They proceeded to lie to me and say that the part was used and therefore they weren't going to refund the money that they STOLE from me.Despicable behaviour from a bunch of filthy liars. They have resorted to ignoring me and Amazon customer service in our attempts to get the money back that I am rightfully owed.Stay away unless you want to waste time and money with absolutely trash scammers.

Purchased through Amazon. They are a 3rd party seller. Item description for vehicle model years was incorrect. Returned item directly to US Auto Parts Experts. Had to pay return shipping costs. They claim they did not receive everything. Anything that was in the box when received was returned. They refuse to give a credit for the item returned. No notification of this. Poor customer service. Make sure what you order will actually fit your make and model.

Horrible business people. No ethics or word. Sold motor, sent payment information. When I called to see when it would be shipped, Ken Thompson, said he cancelled order because he had not authorized to be sold at that price. Now vehicle at mechanic having motor taken out, and I have no motor. My goal is to discredit EVERYTHING about this company and how they do business.

BUYER BEWARE! Bought parts from them through Amazon and had to return. I sent it back unused and in the original box. They charge a 50% restocking fee! They never indicated there were restocking fees until they received the item back. Don't buy from this company unless you like false advertising and being robbed

I placed an order and then realized that shipping address was incorrect. Called them up and explained, they were very supportive and immediately canceled my wrong order.Requested them to stay on call while I placed another order (after updating my shipping address) and they confirmed it on their system right away and also provided shipping updates."Customer care at its best", Highly recommended !!!!!

Ordered a part on Aug 12. Hadn't heard anything by the 22nd. Emailed and then spoke in person on Aug 23. They said shipper has no idea what happened (I was not provided with this information-normally a vendor will post shipping information so you can track your package). Supposedly the money will be refunded so basically I am back to where I was on Aug 12th and will not be able to complete car repairs until I receive the part. I wonder when I would have heard something had I not called.
