I had a very unpleasant experience with this provider. Unfortunately, the attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff seemed impatient, likely because the store was close to closing. However, as a customer, I’m not expected to know their exact hours. If the staff finds it stressful to assist customers near closing time, they should consider either closing earlier or compensating employees for the extra time. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking respectful and courteous treatment.

The staff is great! I lost my phone (in my car…just one of those mornings), and one of their employees was kind enough to call it for me! To me a place where employees go beyond their job description to help a customer deserves 5 stars!

Arrived at 8:10 am on a Tuesday (store should be open by 8am) but store was still closed. There were two other customers who arrived before I did and eventually left. I left my house early to get my shipping needs before going into work now will need to leave early. This is extremely inconvenient for your customers UPS.

Where’s the 0 star option? I walked in the store at 6:49 pm to do three simple Amazon returns. A young girl by the name of Veronica or Victoria came out of the back and said very loudly to no one in particular, “Oh no, we can’t take any more returns,” when she saw the items in my hand. There was another gentleman behind me who had return items as well. We both stood and waited our turn. When it was my turn, the young lady mentioned above said, “We can’t take any more returns because our space is full in the back.” I said, “Is there a policy on your website that says that you will not take returns if your return space becomes full?” She continued to tell me there was no space for my items. I told her that unless she could show me a policy that stated this “rule” that I would be returning my items. She then said, “Well, I can’t promise your refund right away.” I told her that was fine. She proceeded to return them except one that I mistakenly coded to be returned to Whole Foods. The next gentleman walked up to the counter with his returns as I begin to try to switch my Whole Foods return to UPS. She did not mention to him that they could not take any returns as she did to me when I approached the counter. When he left, I asked her why she didn’t say that to him. She said, “Well, he has ears like everyone else does in the store, so I assume he heard me when I told you.” I was baffled. She told me in a very rude tone that she could help me switch my return from Whole Foods to UPS. I told her that I could do it myself. The store was set to close in a few minutes, which I understand. They were trying to leave. She then said, “Well, we open at 10am tomorrow, so you can come back then.” I told her that I would not be returning to that location considering her customer service and attitude. She proceeded to say, “The customers always think they’re right and they’re so entitled.” I responded that I simply told her that I was returning my items regardless of their lack of space and that that was not my issue and told her that I’d be leaving a review. She said, “And go ahead.” I could not believe the amount of rudeness she displayed. Had she started with a nicer tone, the interaction may have been better, but she was very nasty and argumentative. I will not be back to this location.
