FYI! Don’t believe website prices/offers!
I specifically brought my shredding here because the UPS store website indicated that it was BOGO up to 10lbs. The store unapologetically refused to honor the offer -stating only that they don’t participate. Yet nothing on the national website indicates the offer is limited to only “participating” locations.

Unreliable working hours. Very big post on the door showing closing by 1:30 pm and and based on the this, i drove 20 minutes to drop some staff arrived at 1 pm and the office was closed.

Do not use this store for shredding services. They do not honor the coupon in the website.
I was at the store on 6/19/25 at 11:00 AM. I don’t need anything further from y’all, just want people to know the store doesn’t honor the coupons on the website and should visit other stores.

Went to drop off an Amazon package, had some print jobs done, asked if I could have the documents sliced and the gentlemen that were there at the store were extremely helpful and willing to do it for us. Kudos to the staff (particularly the 2 gentlemen that were working the late afternoon shift on Friday, 6/20).

I’m renting a PMB for 6 months & the setup process was lacking. I wasn’t given proper instructions on package deliveries, entry into the shop after store hours, etc. Then after attempting to get assistance over the phone, the guy was rude & trying to make excuses for the lack of information on the day of sign up. Dismissing my situation as if they weren’t in the wrong. They did NOT instruct me how to get into the office after hours or how to receive my packages. I’ve missed important deliveries due to this. & they REFUSED to take accountability, stating it’s “basic information” regarding keys & packages. Well UPS guy, that BASIC information was never relayed to me. If I could get a full refund on services I would. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!
