This is the second UPS that doesn't carry UPS express packs. How can you call yourself a UPS store and you don't have all of the UPS packaging. Total waste of my time.

I came by to pick up a package I had sent to this location. I was informed by a biracial female representative that the manager DRAGON sent the package back- he did not. I continued to inquire of the package yesterday in person, with the representative saying it was sent, when the package was there all along. I began to think they (rep and DRAGON) were attempting to steal my package.
I informed the rep I would check again today, yet decided to call. Because DRAGON did not actually send the package back, he had an attitude in regards to me questioning the situation. Very dishonest and not trustworthy with facts- both the rep and DRAGON.
Because it was currently in the store (they lied), I asked could I pick it up. DRAGON gave me the runaround with saying "the driver will finally ship it back... he would be there in 15 minutes... if I'm not there, it's going to be shipped..." type BS. I ask again can I pick it up and check him on his dishonesty, so he says, "you know what... we're not keeping this for you... we're shipping it back..." malignant narc type of behavior... anyway, had to file a complaint with UPS.
The rep and manager are incompetent and lack genuine customer service skills.
Let it be a hollyweird celebrity, they would have been brown-nosing and jumping through hoops...

The package was for certain stolen from DRAGON, the rep(s), and/or a UPS driver- the retailer informed me they did not receive a reshipment of the package, so they reimbursed me for the loss. This location more than likely has a low-level enterprise going on as a "side business." They will be held accountable and UPS and the retailer said the investigation is ongoing...

Finally! After very, very bad employees it looks like they've changed this rude group of employees. The young man who assisted me today was Luis, a very kind & attentive employee. Because of him I will use this store again.

Ive gone to several UPS stores but this location is the one I go out of my way to go to. Every person I have ever dealt with employed here has been wonderful and courteous.

Good mailbox.
Definitely upping the quality from where they first started, so I appreciate the efforts and hope they keep it up!
Also, there seems to be a strong humid smell here, so hopefully that can be addressed soon.
