Unreliable. Was shipping an avionics receiver to Oklahoma. Company required a new box and that item be wrapped with quality bubble wrap 3” thick in all directions and that it be snug in the box. I did all this and left the box open so UPS could inspect it. When paying for insurance ($80) I was told the insurance would not cover damage, only loss. They said I would have to pay another $20 for UPS to pack it. I agreed. Then they said they would repack it that evening. I asked them to do it while I was there (midday) so I could ensure it was packed correctly and it would go out on time. It was worth several thousand dollars. Nope, there were three agents there but they would not pack it then. They said don’t worry ‘we do a good job and it will arrive Friday, Saturday at the latest’. Well I don’t think it left the store for two days. Tracking showed it wasn’t scanned onto a truck or into a facility for 48 hrs. And once it was, the forecast delivery was pushed back to Monday evening. Oh and I didn’t get my new box and bubble wrap back! have always had good experiences with this store before.

Beware of this store trying to make money out of your Amazon returns.I have returned many many items at different UPS stores, never have I been charged for it, other than a print label charge.The girl in the front asked me to buy an envelope for the box because the box was too small?I have never experience the issue in any UPS store. Clearly, trying to make money on customers returns.Wrong doing, inappropriate and totally taking advantage of customers. Will report.

The girl that worked in the morning today was so efficient and amazing! I didn’t catch her name but she deserves a raise! Made the daunting process of shipping a return super smooth and easy.

the worst shipping company, I made a shipment two weeks ago and it never arrived and according to the fact that the package was lost and they never gave me answers, I had to wait a month for them to tell me something about it and I had to keep calling and still nothing

This location has been on a downward slide in the past year. Customer Service is horrible. A young group that needs some training. I have been there for over 5 years but might need to change.

I lost my Leg a year ago & it changed my mobility a great deal. The staff here has ALWAYS GONE OUT of their way to help me out by coming out to my vehicle if I need to drop off a package or Amazon return like today!!! Luv these guys❤️

I have been a customer here for years and it just gets more stressful each time I come in. I treat it like the security line at the airport, take my shoes off quick and unload all my objects in a tray to help everything run smoothly! But the workers always have such a bad attitude. No matter how prepared I am to make THEIR job easier, they are still so rude.I came in and there were 3 workers and no customers. I thought it would be easy and smooth. While the returns took less than 15 minutes, of course having to pay for labels and boxes even though Amazon lets you select UPS drop off SO you can avoid these fees…the attitudes of the workers is why I decided to finally write a review.The clerk who was behind the counter at the time, I believe her name is Biriana, barely looked up from her personal cell phone to acknowledge me. As I’m talking to her about my returns, she’s STILL looking at her phone. When she finally looked up, her customer service quality never improved. The other women there had the exact same demeanor. I would love to chalk it up to a bad day but I just don’t think it’s part of their job description to have friendly customer service. It sometimes seems like it’s easier to pay the $7.99 to have UPS pick up the packages at my studio.I’m a small business owner. If any of my staff treated customers remotely close to this, even on their “bad days” they’d be terminated.
