I use this location only once a week to drop off my packages. I prepay for shipping and only go in to scan and drop off. The male employees there act like I am an inconvenience and don’t understand that they are in a customer service role. They bark orders and don’t know how to say please or even use a kind tone. Fortunately I have a UPS store next door to my office so I go there on weekdays. I really don’t understand how they are so bothered by a customer that requires/needs nothing from them. The smallest of tasks like moving the packages from the self scan counter seems to upset them. Perhaps they need to find a different job. I don’t understand why management allows it. I say that because I see other reviews with similar complaints about the employees.

Worst customer service ever. Never been treated with disrespect and impatience by a UPS “customer service” representative ever. Shamur had the worse customer service attitude and I will make sure I contact his supervisor and their supervisors. I’ve never been treated like I was treated here by Shamur.

Beware!! Service is awful. They don’t stand behind you for deliveries that you pay WAY too much to ship. Do not use this facility to ship packages that you need 2day service. I paid $82.35 to ship a package. It had medication that was very important that it delivered in 2 days. It took 4 days. On the 3rd day I called this location and the lady told me she would file a claim and call me back. On day 4 in the evening I finally received my package. The following Wednesday she called me back and told me there is no refund. It is what it is. There is no guarantees on when the package would arrive. I’m just out the money. I will never ship anything with this carrier again.

Upper management really needs to speak with it's employees about their attitudes regarding returns. I have refrained from leaving this review for 2 years now, but I am at my wits end after today. I come to this location out of convenience and I promise to God about 90% of it's employees make it SO obvious in their demeanor and faces that they are bothered when I have returns. It is the era of online ordering and returns are inevitable. It is part of the job and I shouldn't feel uncomfortable having to make returns. I expect the employees to be pleasant and make their customers day easier. It's unacceptable, please change this!

Walked in and asked for an Amazon return and the associate Shamar just stared at me… so I was like, do I hand it to you, do you need the barcode??? like speak, what do you need? I can’t guess what your process is like? Horrible customer service. If you see SHAMAR you’ll have to do his work and initiate the conversation and help HIM OUT.

I rarely give reviews but I wish zero stars was possible. I went to this UPS store on Kingsride today to drop off a few Amazon returns. The representative Shamar was the worst ever! His behavior and interpersonal skills as well as overall body demeanor and tone was unacceptable. It was apparent that he would have preferred sitting there doing nothing rather than working to earn his salary. Very unprofessional behavior that should not be allowed by management nor tolerated by a customer. There are many other UPS stores that have great associates willing to go the extra mile for customers. Leadership needs to do better with staff training.

Tbh I never ship anything of sorts so I was pretty clueless on what I had to do and a little embarrassed to ask. But Raven the worker there was very helpful and useful on navigating me on how things work and get shipped. 10/10 very helpful and nice.
