Lisa was sooo helpful.
I dropped in after dropping my kids at camp and was pleasantly surprised to see the Amazon scan and drop area. The ups store by my has long lines and rude people. I’ll plan all my packages around this store going forward.

If you come anytime near closing you will receive rude & rushed service. Came last night to get something notarized and scanned and Eladio huffed and puffed as if I was an inconvenience. "First you wanted it notarized now you want it scanned too?" Just disgusting service..

I had the need to go twice to make several important shipments during the last few weeks and I was assisted on both occasions by Ms. Roxana, who took care of me incredibly well, was very courteous, kind and gave me suggestions on the best options for my needs. . I wish all companies had a person like her for customer service, that definitely makes a difference in customer loyalty.

Ms Lisa and the staff at this store are always patient with me when I come in. I usually bulk ship so it’s a bit tedious but they never make me feel rushed or annoyed with me.
