Just left the store, arrived at 8:00 am upon store opening 8.26.25. The young lady tried to be nice, her words were nice but face and body language were saying otherwise. Another customer came in as I was filling out some paperwork, all I can say is, good character means doing the right thing even when you think no one is looking.

Customer service was OUTSTANDING! Amanda at the Kingwood store went above and beyond. This was easiest, friendliest, most helpful transaction I’ve had. Excellent job!

So the staff was very nice! But the manager was very rude to the staff… He took a phone call while the other girl was doing her job and taping stuff up and he turned around and gave a stank eye when he was being the loud one. His tone was also very rude to another lady it was like are you stupid trying to bring her down…Who ever was the manger for July 16 2025 should get fired because of the way he talks to his other staff members and interacting with us customers!!!

This store personnel suck! Zero customer service, not sure how they are in Business!!! Just because the cost of returning merchandise is outrageous to China, does not mean you have to be rude!!

Don't buy stamps at UPS. $25 for a book compared $14.60 at CVS and post office. Luckily UPS allows stamp refunds, for now.

Multiple times have been lied to about price, having to go to another location. Yesterday myself and someone else were offered $50+ for tiny lite weight envelopes. They have a flat rate they won't tell you about. What they do is overcharges you, adjust the cost in the computer, then pocket the difference. Kayla has been very helpful with printing documents, guiding me with faxing and was extremely patient considering she was dealing with a customer with limited english skills. I certainly appreciate all her help

Where do you begin when there are so many reasons I’m upset. During Christmas time you could not mail anything that had a picture on the box. If I was using an old crock pot box to return clothes, they made me purchase one of their boxes. The price to print the label was almost $4.00. There should be a law against this, it’s a RIP OFF. THRN TODAY, I went down there to mail something and I had my own label and they told me I have to use their label, which is the most ridiculous thing. Again almost $4.00. Then he was rude about it and made it seem like I’m stupid. I’ve had it with the massive disrespect for me as a customer, and then the RIP OFF. There is a mail center that took my label with no extra charge, it’s on north park. Hi there, they are friendly, affordable, and not looking to nickel and dime you to death. BYE UPS STORE, your horrible.

Customer service needs work. The UPS store in the back of Kingwood is much better!!!! They are happy for our business! We brought in a lot of packages and representatives were rude due to the large amount of packages we have and our request to scan each package. Will not go back unless it is last resort.

Went there to return some items and print something out. Dude with the messy ponytail was rude. I go up to return my item, he immediately tells me, “We can’t take it in see-through bag.” Bag wasn’t see-through, but ok. So I was like, ok I’ll just print my items. But, then I go back to my car to see if I have a solid color bag to put the return in. I found one. I go back in the store and at the front of the line he is helping someone with the same bag from the same store, sending back a return. But guess what, he accepts her return just as is. “See-through” bag and all. I look at the lady’s package and then I look him square in the eyes. I couldn’t for the life of me understand how he can take that package but not mine. So by the time I get to the front of the line, again. (Because, yes, I had to get back in the line that was out of the door.) He sees me at the front of the line then starts moving fast. And, surprise, it’s time for him to go to the back. Smh. Couldn’t help me with my return that I had to go back out to the car to get extra packaging. What irritated me was that he made an exception for someone else with the same packaging I had. Also, I had to spend extra time getting back in line. Also, he couldn’t even help me by the time I got back to the front of the line. I just find it weird and rude behavior.
