I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this UPS Store was disappointing enough to warrant one. The employee I interacted with was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no eye contact — just a dismissive attitude like I was interrupting their day.
I stopped by to drop off a small Amazon return that only needed a single strip of tape — no more than 8 inches. The employee told me it would cost $3.00 just to apply that minimal amount and refused to tape it without charging. When I mentioned how unnecessarily rude his demeanor was, he declined to give his name when I asked. Instead, he pointed toward the door and told me to leave. The entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

if I could leave less than one star, I would.
The store looked abandoned when I walked in. they have very little supplies/machines and the lights were off. I tried to use the computer to print and was informed by an employee that the computer did not work. They then offered to print something for me and pointed to an email address written on a piece of paper where I could send the page I wanted printed. The page had other numbers written on it, but I didn't know that those were the prices it would be to print....
I paid 6.81 to print 1 piece of paper in black and white....criminal.
There are 2 other UPS stores less than 10 mins away from this one. Try those instead!

Like others, I just went here to drop off a pre-paid return. Fortunately, I had already taped my box and only needed to affix the shipping label. (No tape charge.) They were friendly enough but kept insisting I should tell people how great the service was here, tell my friends, etc. For dropping off a pre-paid return? I played along to be polite, but harassing customers is a poor choice.

I always come here for Amazon returns. The sweet man with an accent (I believe his name was Efeem) is always nice when I go in. He always has a nice positive attitude and takes good care of his customers.

They refused to ship my package because it contained cooked pork. The pork was smoked on my pit , vacuum sealed, frozen and put in a stryofoam cooler with dry ice. I had the cooler taped up and asked for a box to put it all in to ship. The daughter who was working the cash register had no clue on how to help me so she called out to the mom who was praying along with rocking back and forth as I walked in. What im shipping shouldn't of had anything to do with them. I will be in contact with corporate and let others know not to ship thru these people. They give UPS a bad name. Very rude. Wish I could give them negative stars. Seems from the reviews I'm not the only one that's had issues with this locations staff. Maybe they just aren't cutting the mustard of being good representatives of UPS and shipping ambassadors. Sad when your biggest competitor shipped a similar package in size and weight for over $38 dollars cheaper and got it to our customer 3 days sooner.

They are rip off. I wanted just two pages printing. They wanted to charge $6.75 for two standard pages to print. I would not recommend going to the.

I'm a person with disability caused by servere movement disorder. It took me a struggle to get to this UPS Store to get a public notary services on July 8th. But the person refused to provide the services even I've provided my Texas Driver License. He also refuse to provide me his supervisor's name or number so I can get better understanding why he is refusing my services request.

I’ve visited this UPS Store on multiple occasions, hoping each time that the experience would improve. Unfortunately, it has consistently been disorganized and inefficient. Staff often seem unsure of procedures, communication is scattered, and the overall service lacks the professionalism one might reasonably expect from a national brand.
What finally prompted me to leave this review was being told—yet again—that I would need to pay $3 for a single strip of tape to seal a small section of a box. The top flap was about 3 inches long. This isn’t about the money—it’s about the principle. Charging several dollars for seconds of effort and a few cents’ worth of tape, without offering any added value, feels less like customer service and more like nickel-and-diming.
If this were a one-time issue, I’d chalk it up to a bad day. But after five or six visits that have all been similarly frustrating, I can only conclude that the dysfunction is systemic. I’d strongly recommend seeking out a different location if you value your time—or your patience.

Same as all the others, tried to charge me $3 for tape on an Amazon return. Brought the item in its original box with packing materials. Left it open because they always want to see the items. So, if you go to this ups store you have to bring your tape and scissors with you and hold up the line to close it back up after they verify contents, or worse step out of line to close the box up and the. have to wait again, or pay $3 and still hold everyone in line up. Or go to any other drop off location and avoid the nonsense, expense, and hassle.

The staff always greet me when I walk in and are very friendly!! One man asked how my day was and made a small conversation and had a smile on his face the whole time. It made my day!

Horrible experience. Will not be returning. The owner of the store argued with me about a prepaid label I had for my package then required me pay $10 for him to repack it. Absolutely do NOT recommend. I will be taking my UPS business elsewhere.
