They throw your packages wherever they feel like with no care at all! Had a package in my ditch for HOURS that anyone could've picked up driving by! No notification or anything!

Many times, I have used this store for various reasons, but recently, I went there to return my Amazon order. I made it clear to the clerk that I purchased 5 items, and I am returning 4 for a refund . And he made out the return label for only 3. Long story short, my return items all made it to Amazon except one. I had to pay for this item that somehow got lost in the shuffle , it isn't about the money, but the principle . Other than that, the staff is incredible, working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible, Good work, guys , but pay closer when someone explains a situation.

Wonderful staff, even when they have a line out the door (this doesn't reflect on the speed of the services, but actually reflects the number of people who show up at the same time to use their services). Quick, friendly and efficient, I rarely have to wait long to get my business taken care of. With all the issues USPS has, I prefer to come here. Highly recommend this great bunch of people if you need to ship/return or get something notarized!

Mrs Idalia is so very kind and very knowledgeable. She's always so helpful. I appreciate this store so much. In addition her staff helped me get a last minute package out headed to New York in just a few minutes he packaged my item! Kudos to Dawson!!!!

People are friendly and usually no line. But if there is a line, it moves quickly. The only sucky part is parking. It’s hard to find a spot and even then, people just can’t park in the space and it is usually tight. Otherwise, employees are super pleasant and efficient.

They lost my package and then they have no idea where it is other than that they don't scan the packages coming out of this store how can they do that. For the owner if you don't care about your customers then this business it's not for you.

I dial their phone number listed on Google Maps and it sends me to the robot to answer a series of useless questions that wasted 30 minutes. I could have driven to the store and asked in person. But I guess it's too hard to speak to a person these days.What happened to customer service?
