The Red Headed girl who works there is Very Rude!!! Was there on Saturday she showed up after 9:30 stated come back not opening on time. Has the Worst Attitude ever. Every time I go there she is hateful and mean! Why would the Owner have such a horrendous employee working for them! I have been going to that store for over 10 years! I will never step foot in that store again. Don’t waste your time ! Store on Bay Area Blvd has much nicer people!!

This place has the worst customer service. Automated phone services are more helpful and friendly. Closes all the time, completely unreliable.

This UPS is by far the better one in the clear lake area - the staff is always incredibly kind, helpful, professional. The same amazon return that the Bay Area Blvd staff lost their marbles over (with no provocation from me, they’re just always so mean - haha) was accepted here with no negativity, chastising, yelling. They scanned it, gave me my receipt, and told me to have a great day- as always. Thanks for being the *only* UPS option in clear lake, you guys are amazing!

I am making time to write this review because every person who works at this UPS store is always polite to me every time I drop off a package. This is not the case at other nearby UPS stores so I just wanted to publicly applaud the people who work at this store.Thank you for your kind service every time I stop in. It is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

They set up a package I was shipping as signature required by recipient without asking me if this was ok. 3 delivery attempts latter the recipient has not received the package because they work a full time job and are not home to sign for the package and it will likely return to me to have to pay $77 to be reshipped again properly. When I called this location the attendant was not helpful and even interrupts as your speaking to tell you they have a customer to wait on.
