My Amazon packages were never delivered. They were dropped off last week and still showing as if I need to drop them off to get a refund. I should have known something was off because there were packages just sitting everywhere. Very unorganized store!

This ups store closed early than 7 pm violated the ups policy. They lock door at 6:56 pm and don't let me in. The skinny lady with the class very rules and don't even let me know her name . Very disappointed.

UPS is far more accommodating than the post office and FedEx combined, but this particular group of young professionals are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and their customer service is on point.

Leslie is RUDE, I asked her to tape my package up & she told me no because she had to help others in line. When clearly I stood in line too. If she hates her job this much, she needs to find a new one!!
