Claudia is great! Represents the UPS brand properly. Whomever the young guY working at noon today (August 20th) is very lazy and she's carrying all the weight. If he's not in training, he needs to be fired.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Very easy to drop off Amazon returns. And secure box to receive mail and deliveries.

Hours on G Maps are accurate. It was open. There was no line, no wait. Fourth "UPS drop-off" location I visited today, so they're awesome.
