While the service level varies here like at any other UPS stores, I'm generally happy with it. Some locations don't even have dollies to haul your boxes.

So, I usually leave positive reviews for GOOD services. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt for a bad experience because you just don’t know what someone is going through. However, the lady that works at this location is always SO rude to customers! Multiple times I’ve come here, she’s been late opening and barks orders at customers in the most aggravated tone. “MOVE THE LINE! That’s not where it starts!” “Don’t put your package there and BLOCK ME IN!” “THIS ISNT THE BOX THEY DELIVERED TO YOU ORIGINALLY!” (By the way, these barks weren’t even at me…just other customers in line). I’m just thinking…if you are this miserable at your job, maybe go find something else to do that you enjoy. I typically go to the one on Post Oak, but this one is closer to me. I will drive to Post Oak, those employees are nice and don’t seem to hate their job LOL. She is so freakin rude. 2 stars cuz she’s fast haha

I paid 2 dollars for print label and the lady print wrong label and I lost the package. When I come back for that, no one responsible for that. So terrible . My package worth 200 dollars. I will contact with Ups to complaint for that store

This used to be my go-to UPS Store but now they are never open on time. Posted opening at 9:00 but I’ve been frequently when it’s not open, even by 9:30. Either change the hours or open on time.

The staff here are always so helpful even when there’s a crowd and people are being rude.
