ordered prints week ago and got notice it's ready for pickup. come to pickup and paid and they say they don't know how to print it and they don't have paper. second time over two weeks this has happened at this location. they're only good for amazon returns - go somewhere else if you want quality print

Liliana was rude, dismissive and was not helpful. Luckily i was able to ask for a manager, Alyssa B was extremely helpful and was able to resolve my issue in a matter of seconds. While in the store i just payed close attention to how Liliana interacted with other customers, and she was just lack luster, rude and dismissive. So i won’t take it personally.. but should have some coaching so she can deal with customers in a more civil manner

I am so happy with UPS Store Waugh Drive. I have had a box there for years. They sign for things that require signatures. I don't have to be home waiting for packages. This week, what prompted the shout out, a package was supposedly delivered, but there was no package at the UPS store. UPS store had video proof of no package on the date/time in question. The expensive item was re-shipped. Had it been shipped to my house, me saying "hey there's no package at my house" would it have gone so smoothly? Maybe, but, having UPS Store handling all my mail, backing me up, was totally great. Extra shout out to EZ who is always so professional. Everyone there, always going a great job. Thanks UPS Store.

I always prefer coming to this UPS store as I have always experienced friendly and helpful customer service - customer service jobs are very difficult, especially post pandemic so I will go out of my way to come to this store. I received extra assistance and help today from Mario - super great employee. Thank you!

I just left this UPS store, which is walking distance from my house. I don’t use it very much, except to return things to Amazon.
However, today I had an exceptional experience here. Elba was so incredibly helpful with my barrage of needs and questions regarding printing services. This is definitely not my strong suit, and I’m a little hardheaded when it comes to printers, admittedly. But she was patient, kind, and thoughtful. She answered all my questions and made the process so much smoother than I expected it to be. And she did it all with a warm and peaceful smile, without a breath of condescension (something I’ve come to expect from this same process at local FedEx stores).
I had been dreading needing to print so many different kinds of documents that I delayed this errand for over a week. Turns out, that wasn’t necessary at all. Elba is a fantastic gem, and I’m going to use this UPS store way more now that I know she’s there.

Simple return turned into 4 trips spread across 2 weeks, where I was told they would tape the 3 returns together at a ridiculous fee, not worth the steep fee when I have plenty of shipping tape at home. Next trip involved the employees stating that their policy changed and the individually boxed items would now have to be either return labeled individually or in a $35 box so I would have to come back with separate labels from the company’s customer service or buy an overpriced box. They scanned the 1 label and asked what I would like to do…After taking the boxes home and getting individual shipping labels, on the third trip, the employees proceeded to say one of the labels showed “manifested” and I would need to get a replacement label. After multiple requests for an explanation on how an unused label showed up as “manifested” they claimed it never was “voided” and that though it was their fault, they could do nothing about it, I would have to make yet another trip after I make a new request from the company where I purchased the product to receive a whole new label and bring the box back. The employee repeated there was nothing he could do, though he was the one who “manifested” and didn’t “void” it and could also see that the label had not actually been used, he then just turned around and moved on.
