I came here a week ago to print documents, get expedited mail and need to use the computer to look up some files. For some reason, the apps did not work. I was in a hurry because I have to submit those documents to the Japan’s consulate office and it was about to closed. Sheena knew that I was in a hurry, she helped me above and beyond. I don’t think, I can submit the documents in time without Sheena’s help. Thank you Sheena for your help. I will recommend this UPS store to everybody and see Sheena. She is so nice and hard worker. I hope she get promoted as her act of kindness.

Went here last week to return an amazon package, this store is conveniently located near the underground tunnel system next to the elevator lobby. Returning stuff to amazon here is easy with the kiosk. The staff here is extremely friendly and professional.

I stumbled in here with ten boxes to ship late in the afternoon, and despite there being a line behind me, the staff was very patient. The woman that helped me was also training someone else and I overheard her say that she should have been off already. She seemed dedicated, polite, and professional. I was grateful for her help.

Great experience. I shipped the package with documents internationally to the store because the person from another city had an important appointment nearby and this was the only option. Delivery was attempted before a store was open and I didn't know what happened to the package. I called the store and a nice person called Moore fixed this and there was another delivery in 30 minutes! I'm pleasantly impressed. Thank you very much!

This UPS Store location is the only one I will go to because of Cynthia. She always provides exceptional customer service and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also have to send international packages and Cynthia set my account up quickly and gave me all the information I needed so that my packages don’t get held up at customs. She goes above and beyond. I really appreciate her attention to detail and care.

Today I went at 5:30pm the person on duty did not want to help me even though I had more than 4 packages, she was just talking on the phone and when another customer arrived she went to the back of the counter to not attend him, lousy service.

I can’t help but recognize this young lady, Sheena at the UPS STORE downtown on Mckinney St, 77002.I choose to use the services here at this store bcuz of how she stands out on a daily basis. She is a one of a kind with her personality, professionalism, and just great overall leader.It’s hard to slow her down as she scurries around to Service customers coming through her doors.She is a big asset to your company.It is hard to find good honest courteous service in the work place these days.I’d just like to say I appreciate her and a big thank you to this young lady.
