Average apartment in a good area that’s close to everything. Never have to worry about garage getting broken into any anything stolen from cars. It’s an older building but staff is doing a good job trying to make it nicer. Maintenance is awesome and responsive, however give had to call them multiple times a month. Overall a decent place to live especially when new to houston. Staff in the leasing office are nice, responsive and friendly

I highly recommend this apartment complex to those looking for an affordable place to move into the Upper Kirby and River Oaks areas. It's a great complex, and the neighbors are friendly. You are only minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, and much more! It is centrally located in Houston.

I have lived here since 2019 and don’t plan on leaving this community any time soon. The location is prime so close to restaurants, bars, parks and pricing is great.Darienne and her entire team are amazing and are quick to help with whatever you need. They are so communicative with everything going on and create such a welcoming community for everybody. I highly recommend moving here!

Have been living here for about a year, and I definitely recommend this place. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and easy to reach out to. The new management is doing a wonderful job of keeping the complex well mantined, clean and peaceful. They host monthly resident events as well as group fitness classes, making it a great community to be part of!

Overall 5/5Moved in a month ago and I love it. Great apartment/community to live in. Absolutely no issues so far, but will update this review if anything changes.Staff 5/5Darienne and Sierra have been amazing people throughout the process. Helped me find the best apartment for me and have been incredibly helpful with the move-in process. Both are amazing people and have great attitudes whenever I need anything.Location 5/5Close to 59, so I can easily get to downtown for work.Also close to grocery stores such as Whole Foods and HEB, as well as Costco.Amenities 5/5Great gym, very nice communal area with billiards/board games/nice TV/kitchen, nice pool, and spacious storage units for those in need.

Honest review here...Pros:- Maintenance department is excellent. If you have an issue they fix the day of.- Pool and handout area outside is quiet to relax! No loud or rowdy parties.- Tenants generally young professionals/polite people- My apartment on 4th floor had a beautiful view of Upper Kirby neighborhood and Houston skyline. Balcony space is also nice.- The management team is for the most part nice. They're definitely always willing to help I know I had to move my move out date several times and they were super accommodating.Cons:- ELEVATORS. The back elevator did not work for like half the time I was here. I mean it's September now and it's been out since Mid July? Thing is everyone obviously parks near the working elevator (which is in lobby and super busy always) so most days you'll have to park near non-working elevator and take stairs.- Walls are not sound proof. So if you like your peace and quiet..tough luck. I'd highly recommend getting an apartment on the 5th floor so you don't hear excessive stomping. I was lucky to not have anyone live above me for most of my lease but when people did it was a nightmare.- MAIL ROOM - they leave it open all day and its free for all (really need a better system for this). I got a package taken once and the manager Marianne (who is gone btw) did not care the slightest to help me find it.

Sierra was so helpful during our move in process. Everything been pretty seamless so far. Pool area is usually very relaxed. HUGE difference from my previous complex. So far so good!

The front office and maintenance workers are friendly and responsive. However, the elevators by our unit haven't been working since we moved in last month in August. Other than that, it's been a good experience living here.

I’ll go ahead and share the experience I’ve had since moving here in April.Pros: Management and staff have been kind and helpful for the most part (until the last few emails I’ve sent have been ignored).Cons: Pool pipes busted, so no pool indefinitely, elevator that supplies half of the complex has been down and no ETA as to when it will run again. Imagine bringing your groceries up 4 flights of stairs! I think maintenance has actually resolved 1/5 maintenance requests I’ve placed? Also, app is down, so I can’t even place them now. And NOW one of the exit gates in the garage is down.I know staff is so stressed because of all the issues, but this is an honest review of the experience we’ve had here. NOT worth the money. Disappointing….

I have been here for almost a month now and couldn’t be happier in this community. It is quiet and management is so friendly, helpful and efficient. The quality of the apartment meets all expectations. I was in a bad situation with my last apartments and Angel did everything possible to help how she could. That goes a long way. I am very happy I’ve found Upper Kirby!

I’m glad the new management team is helpful to the new residents but what about the existing ones? It’s been a lack of communication since they took over. Still waiting on the coffee machine to get fixed, still waiting on a meet and greet with the new team and still waiting for an online portal to view/pay rent and upload service request.

I am very pleased with my experience so far! Sierra with the new management company has been extraordinary in helping me through the application process. Management has been easily accessible, and she has gone beyond and above to respond quickly.

Not only are the apartments here amazing but so are the staff! Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful! The people at the front desk always go above and beyond for the residents!

12/06/20200A noise night again!!! I don't remember how many times I have be wakes up by the annoying noisy!!! But the office doesn't care. Seems that they don't need to sleep! They only want to get more money from me instead of solve the problem!!! Moving to this apartment is the biggest mistake that I made!The apartment room is good but the neighbors are super bad. My upstairs neighbor is always knock their floor strongly for the whole night. Once another neighbor have a party with lots of persons. They talked and laughed loudly for overnight. It is rediculous that I pay the high rent but never have a good sleep in this apartment! Meanwhile, some neighbor is always smoking and I even can't open the window in my room. I complain the noisy to the office for many times but I don't get positive enough response. Also, the emergency phone is always not available. I can't get help from the office when the neighbors affect my rest at the midnight. Super upset at this apartment.
