Horrendous service. Came in to get the interior of my car washed and detailed, they asked me to leave it there for the day to dry so I dropped it off and came back 7 hours later. The seats were still dirty and nothing inside had been wiped down, not windows, floors, nothing. They still charged me $140, apologized and asked me to come back the next morning to finish because they didn’t have the time, which is ridiculous as 7 hrs should have been plenty. Came back the next morning and they were closed due to rain, obviously I was annoyed as it didn’t rain till evening and they could have told me that the night before. Came back again a week later. In the middle of cleaning my car they stopped to take care of another customer for a solid hour before returning to complete my car, when I asked them about it they said she had an appointment which is a lie as I also had an appointment and they clearly say it’s first come first serve even with an appointment. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve had in my life. Extremely expensive for the level of cleaning they do. Will never come back.
Edit: owners response to my review only shows their lack of professionalism and ability to take responsibility for poor service. Even their apology was sarcastic. Claiming my car hadn’t been cleaned in it’s lifetime is simply a joke. There was no visible dirt when I brought it in, the dirt that was there when I arrived (which they apologized for at the time) they said had come to the surface from underneath once washed. Also, they told me in the 7hrs they had it they washed it twice, not the 5 times they claim below, simply liars. There is no excuse for having the car an entire day and not completing simple tasks (wiping things down). Not dignifying the remainder of their replies with a response since they want to be children about it. Good luck if you come to them for service.

Pulled up for a car wash, looked busy and packed, no one came out to greet; looks like other customers were also waiting in a disorganized line. Their website was neat so that's why I visited this spot but right after I pulled in, I left due to these above reasons.

Small place to get your carwash by hand, quick and efficient, friendly service. Has 'rain check' option which is convenient!

Outstanding value for a hand car wash. $25 for a full exterior clean, wheels, tires, and towel dry is a steal! The ceramic coat really brought my car back to life too!

Came on a Monday morning and there was no wait, only $45 for full detail of car and inside was left pretty clean. Took about 35 minutes as I was the only one there, will definitely be coming back.

I had an exceptional experience at this car wash! They went above and beyond to clean both the interior and exterior of my vehicle.
