The only people you should trust your vehicle with. It’s not easy finding a good trustworthy mechanic around Houston. With Upland you don’t have to worry. My truck needed a new starter. Had it towed there and the next day I was driving it home. They take great care with their work and are easy to communicate with. They don’t pressure you into buying things you don’t need. They just inform you about what care your vehicle may need in the future. Really awesome people and the only people I’ll be taking my truck to in Houston.

Upland Automotive is the only auto shop I trust with my car! My previous car had a major issue and the employees were genuinely concerned about my safety while driving the car. They gave me a estimate for repairs and basically said something along the lines of "It's okay if you don't get the repairs from us but you need the repairs ASAP because the car is not safe to drive, especially on the freeway." Long story short, I ended up buying another car. I've been taking my car to them for about 4 years now for inspections, oil changes, etc. and they are always friendly, honest and you can tell they really care about their customers.

Professional mechanics that are trustworthy and affordable, it’s almost too good to be true. I’ve been using Upland for over a decade and they have never done me wrong once, I would recommend them to anybody

Can’t say enough good things about everyone at Upland. They have been helping me with my car and I am so grateful for their honesty and integrity. It feels like going to family to get help with your car. I just wish I had come here sooner, but I won’t go anywhere else now!

I came in as a walk in thinking my battery was having issues and my first impression was how quick and responsive the staff was to figure out the problem. They were upfront in how much it would cost to check the battery, but it turned out my cables were loose and Jay fixed it without out charging me. They were honest and most importantly they didn’t take advantage of me. I will be bringing my business here moving forward.

Reliable, trustworthy, timely, honest……I have been going here for over 10 years and I will not go anywhere else bc of all the things I listed above. They do not take advantage of me bc I am a female either. My son takes his truck here as well and they treat him the exact same! They always give me my best options and explain to me so that I understand whatever the issue is. I will always recommend to all my friends and family!!!!!Services: Electrical repair

Manager on site was rude to me and other coworkers. They are not doing inspections, but on top of that they have really rude staff. Take your money somewhere else!!!
