Shirts were nice but the two ladies selling shirts in this store were impatient and not willing to help out
Although we were loyal customers and even wanted to but 3 shirts this time, they were just repeating that all shirts were going to fit the same and that they can not open them one by one for us to wear. ( we just requested to wear 3 that we really wanted to buy)
My question is if you can not wear a shirt and see the color and feel in you, what is the point of going into the store and pay 100$ for a shirt??

I used to be loyal customer of the store, shopping there since it opened. However, I recently had a terrible experience with one of the salespeople. I purchased two shirts, one of which I had already worn and wanted to exchange, while the other needed a size change. Initially, they said they'd check with a manager and get back to me, which took 10 days.When I returned, the person was incredibly rude and mentioned they were doing me a favor by allowing the exchange, insisting I provide proof of their call. While I'm not one to argue over $50, this rude behavior has made me reconsider my loyalty to the store. I still pass by it but no longer shop there. I hope the management team takes appropriate action, as the entire store team is aware of the situation.

We visited on Saturday morning. The staff was very kind. It was my first visit, and I was very satisfied because the material of the shirt was good and the length was good.

We were here in September and I wish I knew the sales guys name. He was amazing. My husband and I both got shirts. And had the best time. No pressure. Just east going and enthusiastic help. If we didn’t live in the Netherlands we would be shopping here regularly. Thanks for the great shirts and great fit.

Frustrating when you make the trek across town and they decided to close early. Even have an employee standing there, but still closed for no reason.

Good shirts but overpriced, not made by USA workers. The posters in the store of such radical racebaiters as Colin Kaepernick repulsed us, we walked out of the store.

The store manager, I believe her name was Melissa, was super helpful over the phone helping me find a receipt I had lost. I felt like a pain in the butt customer who wasn’t even offering a sale for all the trouble I put her through, but she was super sweet and helpful determined to help find the receipt through what was a tedious process for her. It all worked out and she was happy to have helped. Even saying “we solved blues clue” and I loved it haha Great people at this location.
