Ms Debose was very rude and sarcastic. I asked to use the tape and she basically she said no... my normal post office allows customers to use tape all the time in Missouri City.. I was doing a favor for my mom...but just last week another lady at the same post office allowed me to tape something up... guess it was just one of those days for her ?

Waiting for mail from San Antonio more than 15 days and it doesn't arrive I went to this post office and terrible customer service very sad what a shame

Been serviced by this post office for over 10 years now so I can honestly say that this is by far one of the absolute WORST post offices in the Houston area. Our packages will show they’ve been delivered, go check the mailbox and they leave keys for broken parcel boxes you can’t open, and the boxes you can open you don’t even need a key for because they don’t lock. I’ve had multiple large packages “delivered” to the parcel boxes when they were too big to fit in a box, followed by days of trying to track down my “delivered” package. They mysteriously show up eventually but usually the mail man is too busy to press the doorbell to let us know we have a package on the porch, and living in the ghetto means you might not have a package anymore once they drive off. So there’s a few things to do here; Fix the parcel boxes. Make sure the key is for the correct box and the box is in working order. Make sure the package fits in the box and can actually be removed (they’ve shoved a box in before that had to be removed from the back - who tf does that?!). If a parcel box doesn’t work or the package doesn’t fit, DRIVE THAT TAXPAYER FUNDED truck to the recipients house and DELIVER THE PACKAGE!!! It’s yalls job and y’all can’t even be bothered to attempt to do it right, it’s disgraceful.

Every time I go here it is very straightforward and my business gets taken care of.
I have an issue with how dirty the building is, I didn’t even want to touch or write on top of their counters. The windows are smudged with a greasy substance, the counters have crumbs on them, the floors are sticky and dark. Will you guys please clean this place up. I know 100 percent it is not sanitized.

I will never go there again. Poor customer service and wanted to charge me to stamp the date on my letter envelope when I already had a forever stamp on it. I never heard about a $1.50 just gor the date on it. They treated people differently depending on skin color.

Will never go there again, had one person serving people and she had a real bad attitude poor service but I guess the neighborhood it's in.

Its not about inside service toMe they were okay kind of backed upIn long line but was okay.. but the guy who delivers the mail in neighborhood is very rude and ra..I wish someone take some kind of actions against this guy.. there is two of them.. sometimes asian guy also comes but he is way too good with heart he even good help over his job. But other old guy is old with his mind too.
