Javis the teller was amazing. Also, Mrs. Thompson is always amazing to work with. She handles my request with such grace. I highly recommend this Branch. No long lines and I am always in and out. And did I mention their customer service is refreshing.

Jarvis is a very good employee. He was very patient with us and helped us create a new password for our debit cards and also the card control app. Without him I would have never been able to figure it out. We need more employees like him. Very good at what he does.

Jarvis was the happiest and welcoming teller that I met at this location hands down. I have visited this location on different occasions but with Jarvis interaction felt more personal and I was valued as a person not just as customer completing a transaction banking a with United Credit Union during this one particular time gratitude of thanks. Exceptional customer service by Jarvis. I had a couple of transactions & he cleared some questions I had. He was very friendly and engaged a small conversation. This is very important to me because I feel that now days people are just polite when they say hi but there is no other interaction through your transaction. You have a great team at the Sam Houston Location.

Rosalind was great! So friendly and helpful. I love this credit union I have been a member since 2018 when I purchase my first car and processed my loan through UCCU. I’m so happy to see them expanding its so convenient. I used to drive all the way to Galena Park but now I can call the humble location my branch. Thank you for being always so helpful, yall truly bring customer service back in banking.
