Bell Furniture and Rooms to Go failed me miserably, but thay wasn't the case with Unique Home Furniture. They located the furniture where it was stocked that I wanted and at a great price.

Really bad customer service when it comes to insurance claims!!! We were 2 hrs. on hold to get the insurance to come fix our electric sofas and the just hanged up at the end.Never again buying there if this issue doesn't get resolve anytime soon. We spent over 6k on this furniture.

The sales person it not very professional he's very arrogant. I came in one day and he told me a price of a certain item and then i came in the following day and quoted me something else. I wanted to talk to his manager and refused to let me talk to him. Wouldn't shop there again!!!

Good service, and the prices are pretty affordable.... but getting infested with Bed Bugs after buying from them.... a little too coincidental. Probably will never go back. Plus I paid $400 for a bed that is very poor quality and they didn't give me all of the screws to hold it together properly... Definitely willing to pay a little extra somewhere else for better products....
