I had an amazing experience with Courtney looking for bridal dresses! She knew exactly the style and look I was going for and helped me pair my dream dress with a veil! This was my fourth bridal shop I visited and the experience was much better here than any of my other locations. Courtney made me feel comfortable and created such a memorable experience. 10/10 would recommend

I recently purchased my wedding gown at Unbridaled Houston! This was my first experience wedding dress shopping, and my bridal consultant Heather was attentive and warm. I had so much fun and felt comfortable throughout my appointment, and Heather actually pulled a dress that ended up being the 'one!' My appointment did run over time, but the staff was accommodating. Like many other reviews have mentioned, I did not feel pushed to purchase a gown. I will update my review once I receive my gown, but overall I am happy with my experience so far and EXCITED!

I had the best experiences at Unbridaled! Courtney was AMAZING. She really listened to what I liked and wanted and made me feel amazing in everything I tried on. She curated fabulous dresses from just a few things I told her. I ended up choosing a dress that wasn’t even on my radar, but that the staff picked for me. I’m IN LOVE and highly recommend this boutique, and Courtney. I had nothing but wonderful interactions with everyone at the store and am OVER THE MOON with my dress.

I absolutely loved my experience here! Courtney was amazing to work with - not only did she pull the dress of my dreams, but the dress was well within budget. I love a good deal!! Courtney made me feel extremely comfortable the entire process and really enhanced my wedding dress shopping experience. Highly recommend working with her!!

I couldn't recommend Unbridaled highly enough! Laura was such a calming and reassuring presence to be around and thanks to her guidance and help I found my dream dress. I never felt pressured to pick one on the day and Laura very much let me consult with my friends and their opinions, without being too overbearing. Ultimately it was a dress she picked out that I ended up falling in love with!

Go here and ask for Natalie if you want a unique dress and someone that really cares! I walked into Unbridaled thinking I found my dress that day at another place and had a mentality that I would try dresses on just in case since I already booked the appointment. Natalie was so welcoming, listened to what I was looking for and went the extra mile to try and figure out something in my budget. I had tried on the dresses we picked out and she realized what we liked with each dress matched the description of one we hadn't pulled. We tried it on and immediately knew that was the dress. Reactions were totally different with the dress she pulled! Tears were flowing and the dress was absolutely STUNNING. The dresses they had were completely unique to what I had seen online from mainstream designers too! I highly recommend getting your dress here!

Honestly cannot recommend this store enough!! The shop itself is adorable and their collection of gowns is incredible and unique, but it’s the people working here that really makes this shop so special.What I loved about my stylist Laura is that she really listened to me and pulled options based on my feedback. I felt very comfortable with her (even when awkwardly changing in and out of dresses) because she is just so kind and genuine. She never pushed me to make a decision and was even excited to help me when I came back for a follow up appointment.Wesleigh the manager was also super helpful, both in person and when I asked questions through their social media account.They even squeezed me in for a last minute appointment to try on dresses for my mom when she was visiting from out of town. Made my day!I placed my order this weekend and am so grateful to this killer team for helping me find my dream dress!!

My entire experience was wonderful! My stylist Court was amazing! She made my sister, my mom and I feel so at home, and she found my wedding dress I ended up with! Couldn’t recommend Unbridaled more! ❤️

Unbridaled had the most up-to-date, modern, variety dresses out there! Arlett was just so wonderful, made me feel comfortable, and is patient to work with. Once I took a few dresses to try on, she choose a lot of beautiful dresses for me to help me decide on the style I was looking for. She went above & beyond! It was so hard to choose cause they were all so beautiful! If you decide to set up an appointment, I highly recommend requesting Arlett !!!

I had an awesome experience getting my dress at Unbridaled! The store has such a great selection of a variety of styles, and working with Megan made it way less stressful and overwhelming while I was trying to figure out what styles I liked on me. Her patience while I went through a bunch of different styles and went back and forth between dresses before I found the one, and her shared excitement when I found the one, was all so priceless.

This was my first time trying on dresses and Natalie made everything wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and knew what I would like. She helped me say yes to the dress. All the staff were very kind and the store is so beautiful. Very happy with my experience!

Omgggg where do begin with my experience at Unbridled:)I randomly went on a whim in June of 2023 alone might i add) without an appointment, they immediately welcomed me with open arms & Champagne.I asked to look around , followed by trying a few dresses on after they allowed me, then i begin a describing a dress to Kylie that i had as a vision(who is no longer here) she told me they did have 1 dress that had just come in and OMG, once i put the dress on . I just knew it was the one for me. Such a stress free process , customer service was exceptional, although my wedding is not until 2024.Nicole who is also FABULOUS, kept in contact with me about the dress. I finally purchased my dress yesterday, after i found out it was actually on sale !!!! A DREAM!NATALIE was awesome throughout the entire process, even with my father who called and spoke with Natalie!Such a fun experience!I would recommend any bride to visit this location , you will not regret it !#2024BRIDE

Loved loved loved getting to find my dress at Unbridaled! I worked with Natalie and she was the BEST in helping me decide between two dresses i was stuck on! She let me go back and forth trying each one on and offering different options to style each one. So sweet & helpful. The store itself is stunning, clean and feminine which made the whole experience!!
