What can I say! These ladies are absolutely remarkable and were a pleasure to work with! The stylists here are pure genius and totally helped me narrow it down to my top contenders! I can’t wait to come back! Appointment was super relaxing, fun, and exciting! I totally forgot about my anxiousness and stress, being that my wedding date was pushed closer (they talked me through the rush process, different options, etc.), and really understood the vision I was going for. Natalie was incredible and all the gowns she picked made me feel great, highlighting my best areas and being mindful of the “problem” areas I expressed. This was a solo appointment for me (with the date change, my family from out of town could only afford 1 trip, so they will be flying for the wedding instead of my gown appointments) so it was a special touch how the other stylists helped to serve as my “support system” for the afternoon! I felt so beautiful and empowered! Truly, thank you all so much! Can’t wait to say “yes” at my comeback appointment!-AJ?✨

Honestly did not have a good experience here. My stylist was not very helpful or respectful of my opinions or budget. After about 4 dresses she told me they did not have anything else for me and I can go look around the store. She did not try to find other dresses for me within my price range until somebody else had to come in and help. I felt very judged by her for what I wanted in a dress and my budget for the dress. I would not recommend this place.

I went to Unbridaled this past Saturday and had the most amazing experience! Any kind of clothes shopping post baby can be difficult so I was completely surprised that I left not only finding my dress but a new found confidence! Nina helped me find the dress I loved and she was so incredibly sweet and patient with me ! She definitely helped make the experience so wonderful ! I definitely recommend this store location ❤️

My experience could of ended better to be honest. I went this past weekend for an appt the Stylist was very welcoming and had me try on many styles. I also had my bride crew pick a few. But in the end when I found a dress I really liked just needed a few tweaks, without really telling me the price of the dress and then I ask for it and she tells me something way out of my budget, she then proceeds to tell me well you should of let me know in the beginning of our appt about your budget. I thought like WOAH you didn't even ask!? also the dresses I picked on the lookbook were all in my range and she should of warned me about a dress picked by my crew that hey just fyi this is this amount, but maybe we will try it and find a similar style within your budget. It was never discussed and she dismissed me right after. Like how about you tell me hey we might get some styles later at your budget or who knows I could of came back to actually get it if I really loved it. But it left a sour taste to even come back here, my bride crew felt the same. Shame because I love the different style options here that come in all the time.

I had the most amazing time with Natalie purchasing my wedding dress! They were so kind and welcoming. The whole team makes you feel right at home. It’s such a special moment to purchase a wedding dress and they make sure it is amazing! 10/10 experience with them.

My experience at Unbridaled was so amazing! Courtney made the whole process so fun and made me feel so secure with my decision making. I really appreciated how she encouraged me to take time to consider my decision and didn’t pressure me to make a choice on the spot just to make a sale. 10/10 experience!

Loved this place! Courtney was the best to work with and she really understood what I was looking for. After trying 2 other places, I found my dress at Unbridaled! I went on a Thursday so it was not crowded and everything went very smooth (recommend going during off peak times). They were very upfront with pricing and it ended being under budget, which was a plus for me! Highly recommend!

Arlett was a dream! She was so kind and gave me the room to decide how I felt in each of the dresses that I tried on. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. After going to multiple other dress shops, this experience exceeded the others by far. All of the dresses were gorgeous! Arlett is amazing at what she does and a dress she pulled for me based off of my Pinterest board is the one I will wear for the wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure I found a dress that I absolutely adored. I cannot recommend her or this place enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Unbridaled Houston!
I had been to a few different well-known bridal shops in Houston before my appointment here, and had not had the best experiences so I went into this hoping for the best. At previous appointments, we weren't allowed to shop around and could only try on dresses the stylists picked out. I also felt very rushed by the stylists at those appointments.
My stylist for my appointment at Unbridaled was Natalie, and she was SO helpful and kind and had the best energy throughout the entire appointment. In addition to wonderful staff, the shop has an incredible dress selection with a wide range of styles, designers, and price ranges. I said yes to my dress here, and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Unbridaled to any/all soon-to-be brides who want a laid back, friendly, and fun wedding dress shopping experience!

This was the first bridal store I went to after being engaged and I could not be happier with my decision! I booked the appointment last minute and was able to get a spot next day. Not only was Megan the sweetest and most helpful but she made my vision for my dream wedding dress come true! The first dress she picked for me was the one I fell in love with! This just shows how good she is at her job and really listening to what I wanted. She reassured me that I will be leaving with my dress and shipping will all be handled even in a time crunch. I felt at ease the entire time and could not imagine someone else helping me through this process. Megan is truly the best and made my time there wonderful.

This is the only bridal shop I went to, and I’m grateful that I decided to schedule an appointment here. I loved SO many different styles, but I ended up finding the perfect dress thanks to my bridal consultant Laura, my MOH, and bridesmaid. Laura was kind, encouraging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She has a calming presence and wonderful energy all around. I didn’t feel rushed throughout the visit. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment here. They have an excellent selection and their staff is amazing. I can’t wait to get my dress in. Thank you for everything. ♥️

I had been to multiple shops and tried on a variety of dresses prior to my visit at Unbridaled. Nothing really felt like the one or gave me that wow feeling until I found my wedding dress with the help of Courtney and the girls here. Courtney provided me with such a positive dress shopping experience and made it a lot of fun. They have such a great selection of styles and designers so I really got to try on a little of everything.

Arlett was awesome! She picked out styles that she thought I might like and then helped me narrow it down to my favorite dress! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress! Unbridaled is a great place with staff that knows what they are doing! It was a great experience from the time I booked my appointment! I would highly recommend this place and Arlett!

Last year, I was diagnosed with a health condition and I’ve been feeling like crap. It has also affected my appearance and ultimately my confidence in myself. I was avoiding going wedding dress shopping, but according to dress order times, I needed to go. I have a bohemian heart and I decided to start with Unbridaled. I was so afraid walking in there, I didn’t want to cry or be frustrated, I was dreading it, BUT Unbridaled, specifically Natalie, made me feel SO comfortable and safe. She was so encouraging and I ended up enjoying the experience leaving with a smile on my face. I found a dress at Unbridaled that was BEAUTIFUL and I kept coming back to it in my head when I went to other bridal boutiques afterwards. In the end, I did not get my wedding dress at Unbridaled even though it was my top choice until I found “the one.” I am so grateful for Unbridaled and Natalie for making the whole experience feel comfortable. Beautiful dresses and very kind staff. Thank you Unbridaled for helping me in my wedding dress shopping experience !!
