The owner and the front desk lady overcharge on purpose and do not show a price list. After years of being a loyal customer they refused to fix my shoes that they broke. They told me to never come back.

The lady at the front was rude , they overcharge you. She charged me almost 45$ for 3 light items and when approached that prices are way to high for now reason she stated with a tone “I am not a discount cleaner”. Extremely rude lady

Not sure why people are bashing this place. Quyen is one of the nicest people and will go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. She remembers customers even if they haven't been in for a long time. Goes above and beyond and has even offered to stay an hour late so I could pick a single item up. Just today she was able to turn around several garments in half a day for a funeral. Many thanks!

I come here for the people and then for the cleaning. You will be surprised to know that they have an excellent shoe cobbler.

Yes, dry cleaning is expensive. That said, the people at Ultraclean Cleaners are very conscientious and work hard to meet my expectations. I've taken things elsewhere with stains, and afterward took to Ultraclean to work a miracle. They have have never disappointed me. I am amazed with other's experiences. I wonder. President and Barbara Bush's assistants took their clothes there. Can't imagine they had low expectations. Great place!

Way overpriced
Took my stuff to this lady on Tuesday with an expectation that I would get it back on Friday. Came in on Friday, and they did not have all of my clothes, and then they charged me $75 for a suit, a pair of pants and 9 shirts... This seems absolutely ridiculous, So I looked up a local delivery service for dry cleaning, and they would have only charged me $50.08 for pickup, dry cleaning and delivery. DO NOT GO HERE.

This is the most wonderful place to get dry cleaning. They have a secret method that gets out any stain. Never screw up a shirt. I’ve been going here for 10 years and drive all the way across town every Saturday.

Quyen stayed open late to let my mom get her clothes when my mom was sick.

Let me save some of the new or even old customers some time and money. My mom used to work for Quyen and she said Quyen scams. If you ask to have your laundry wash separately, she'll tell you okay and charge you more pricey but the truth is she still washes it with everything else. One time, she damaged a clothing and tried to order and replace it but still manage to get caught. The customer was going to put it on yelp and she cried begging the customer not to. Afterwards, she was pissed at the customer. And she overcharge for everything. Some of you may think she's so caring but that's only in front of you. She's a backstabber and I've heard the bad things she says. Fake and poisonous mouth fooling you all. I'd give the place 0 star if that were possible. Just show her this review if you don't believe me. Her expression will change within seconds.

I would give this place no stars, if possible. The yelp reviews are lies, and I intend on copy pasting part of this review for that app too.
I brought 2 dresses and a blazer here to all be dry cleaned a couple of weeks ago. I should have turned around as soon as I walked in the door.
There was a weird smell in the building. But that’s not the worst part. I brought my clothes in on a Saturday morning, and they were nearly ready for pickup on Tuesday evening. I was also charged $48 for the 3 garments. One of which they damaged, and I’m assuming charged me for replacing the button. I can’t confirm that, because for some reason it’s good business to not give an itemized receipt for services. Not going back. End of story.

I wish half a star were an option but this will do. Monday was my first time going to these "cleaners" as I've recently moved to the area. I had one pink wool blazer to clean and wanted it by Wednesday morning (today actually) or Tuesday evening and that was considered a "rush". I was surprised at that as I've never used a dry clean service that took more than two days, especially for a single article of clothing. So I dropped off my blazer and the lady (Tina) said it'll be ready on Tuesday evening. Picking up my blazer was the unpleasant part; there were two spots on the right lapel that I pointed out and Tina simply opened the garment bag and scraped the dirt off with her (rather gross) finger nails THEN she tells me my total is almost $17! I have NEVER had this sort of experience at a dry cleaners before and I will never subject myself to this place ever again. By the way, if I didn't need it in a "rush" my single blazer would have been ready by 11/8 which is more than a week after I dropped it off. Either this place is highly ridiculous and has horrendous service or I'm superbly crazy.
