I went there a few weeks back to get a screen replacement. Service was great and price was fair but the issue I am having is the replacement screen has a issue where it shows a gray bar running from the top to bottom (front camera to charger). The bar is very noticeable mostly when viewing anything with lowlight such as a black. I was thinking maybe it's a backlight problem but I'm not 100% sure myselfI was told by one of the representatives there that not all screens are made the same and there would always be defects. And while I understand where he was coming from I have another exact same phone that has a third party screen on it and there is no issue on it.I normally would not think it's an issue but I watch a lot of media on my phone and the gray bar is very distracting especially when watching media at night in my room.I even took photo of the screen using another phone and was able to capture the problem (took a photo of it in night mode)I took the device back there and the staff there told me they would not replace the screen again as they could not verify there was an issue with the screen. I explained to them that the issue is really noticeable when viewing the phone in a dark room. They did do the courtesy and let me go to the back office to a restroom with them as that is the darkest room in the building and I was able to see the bar there. The gray bar was showing up and was hard to miss as it is a pretty thick bar. However all the employees there told me they could not see the bar and even mentioned that maybe it's just a personal thing that only I can see it because of my eyes. I was thinking maybe that's the issue because I did have LASIK surgery a couple of years back so even though it's not plausible, I took that and decided to count my loss.That same night I took the phone to two friends and they were all able to see the bar and they are healthy people with no eye issues or previous surgery so no way it's just my eyes.Admittedly the staff there was very nice and very professional but I was left a bit frustrated that they could not see the problem that I could see. I did tell him that I would not keep going back and forth going to the store if there was not an issue.I requested them to replace the screen again with another one but they refuse to as they told me they do not see a problem with what is currently on.I attached photos of the screen problem and you might have to raise your brightness a bit because it is there but it only shows up in dark photos. In this case it was just the color black.
