I am very satisfied with the Viper alarm and service I received from Lee, the owner. He went above and beyond in helping me. I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado and they are currently among the most stolen vehicles in the US. I came up with an idea to add another layer of protection with a kill switch mounted inside a locking console vault. This required extra work for which I was not charged. I would recommend this business for their professionalism.

Very efficiently ran place. The initial call they answered politely took the time to answer all my questions, very knowledgeable, and if he didn't know, he himself called the manufacturer while you were there. Great rates compared to so many other places. Took the time to explain how the installed radio and car alarm systems worked. They have many types of alarms, radios, stereo's, even truck bed covers, specialty lighting for vehicles and many other items. Place was clean and easy to navigate. I will probably go back soon to get a car front and back camera installed.

DO NOT GO HERE! The One job this establishment was tasked with was a simple “Tint job”. & when I came to pick up the car & the Clutch was broken, with fluid leakage.Mr.Lee, “Manager on Duty” did not take our concerns seriously and treated us with very little respect.We requested the insurance information for the business to take liability and, Mr. Lee ruthfully declined to give that information so we were forced to call the police for a report.Mr, Lee treated us as if we were incompetent minorities. He even admitted that he didn’t want to give us the insurance because it could risk his business. They serve shady business. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they have no insurance coverage. I don’t advise people to come to this business because if they break something while in service you, the customer will be liable and not the establishment Mr. Lee words exactly.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not go here! If I could give it -stars I would. They damage cars and do not take responsibility. The damage is beyond repair and the cars can’t be driven back home. They refused to give insurance information and make you pay full service in addition to the damages so call the police if you have to. Do not go here!

My wife's daily driver had a broken radio, really due to age. She's been driving it for a long time, more than 20 years.She was gifted with a newer radio that has Carplay and I was looking for a place that can install it. I happened to be driving on Westpark and saw this store. I stopped and inquired about the possibility of having them install the radio and the backup camera.They provided great customer service. Even if the item was not purchased from their store, they were very accommodating and agreed to install the radio and backup camera. The service fee was very reasonable and fair. They had a comfortable waiting area and in no time, they completed the work.Thank you, Lee, for your service. I will recommend your place to others who may need similar services. I know that I will be back.

brought my car here one of the employees broke my clutch on my Audi s5 also the owner has terrible customer service I've been there 2x paid the owner upfront each time he didn't wanna provide the insurance I called the police I wouldnt recommend no one to go up there he's very greedy terrible terrible customer service trust me don't waist your time or money

Any bass-head knows how it feels like to be without your beats. Music is my getaway, my muse and Mr. Lee brought my system back to life. He's very knowledgeable and kind and the price was GREAT! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ????

We needed tint before our up coming road trip and after a quick google search, this place popped up. There's not much room in the waiting area to hang out for 2.5 hrs like we did but thankfully, I love my husband and we just chatted it up while waiting. They did quote us for the accurate time the car was finished (Toyota 4runner). Service was impeccable. They were very honest with expectations. If you need tint, come here. You won't be disappointed. And if you don't wanna wait inside, walk 5min down the road and grab some viet-cajun crawfish at South x Saigon. Will recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have been taking my vehicles here for tinting and bass system service for about 17 years now. I never had a complaint or had to bring my car back for any rework. Installation was done right the first time.

This place is great. I would recommend to everyone. I had viper alarm installed 3 years ago and needed the system reset after a battery change. The owner did it free of charge even though it was way out of warranty.
